The house is in excellent condition. The photos don't do it justice. It's much larger than what you see. Gloria was always available for any questions we had and responded quickly. If you have the opportunity to hire Ms. Luz, who provided us with cleaning and cooking service, you won't regret it. She offers excellent service. We will definitely return soon. We are delighted!!

We spent a few great days. The place is just as described in the ad, super clean and comfortable. It has everything you could need to spend a few days very comfortably, and the best of all, THE POOL was at an excellent temperature. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows too, and the towels were clean. Overall, everything was very good. I recommend it 100% and without a doubt, the next time we come back to Cocoyoc, it will be here. The hosts are very good. Very good communication.

Everything was great. The house is better than the photos. The pool water temperature was excellent. There was no need to use the boiler. The kitchen is super well stocked. We would definitely come back.

The house has everything you need to spend a few days with your family without having to go out. It's large and very comfortable; each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool was always warm for us without having to use the boiler. We hired Luzma's services, and she was very helpful and friendly and assisted us with meals and cleaning during our stay. Communication was very clear and easy from the start; the hosts were very attentive to all our questions. We really enjoyed our vacation and we definitely recommend it.

Large, clean, excellent pool and jacuzzi. It can comfortably accommodate 10 adults and 2 children. Everything was great. But bring EVERYTHING you're going to need, because there are no consumables such as napkins, shampoo or shower soap, or filters for the coffee maker or corkscrew. The sheets and towels are clean, 10 out of 10 in terms of the experience of enjoying the pool, which I insist is a very good size and there is a boiler option (which I highly recommend).

The house is very nice and fully matches the photos and description, Olga is very attentive and flexible, we had no problems throughout our stay and we had a great time.
