Our stay was amazing, we spent 4 very comfortable days in the apartment, everything was very clean and we had very good communication with Vanessa who was always attentive to us. We will definitely be back next year :)

Overall, we enjoyed the place and location - it was nice to have a balcony at night (overlooks a parking lot but still nice to have outdoor space). The place was clean and had the items we needed (kitchen & bathroom supplies, towels etc). Vanessa was very responsive and helped with questions. There are two things that could have been better- the dryer (for clothes) and control of the air temperature. Both were finicky and difficult to use - the dryer technically worked with some luck, magic touches, and patience, but it definitely isn't easy to use. We ended up air drying most of things since the dryer couldn't be started easily. A cleaning person came to help when we asked. We were asked not to adjust the air temperature as it, too, is finicky & difficult to control. It was generally too chilly for us. Everyone at the resort was very friendly - there's a gift shop with basic supplies, a great pool, and the beach is very nice.

3 nights without hot water and a smell of pipe that did not allow the comfortable stay, perhaps due to the Christmas dates it was complicated to give solution; in addition to that my stay was only in the evenings, they send for maintenance without solving the unpleasant smell and only by antecedent is reported dryer not working (in rules mentions "inform" for being delicate you receive support on the day of cleaning ) if this bothers to put label not to USE. Mention when taking the stay that I already had an itinerary with a reservation for events outside of the premises so I would not be in the apartment during the day and this could not generate disorder in your apartment, the courtesy itself is appreciated that was given to the security staff for their holiday night, I leave a stay before 2 days because it was difficult to sleep sensing smell, it is given to the same check-in area and sent a message confirming. Taking staff and misinterpreting led to a lack of good communication
