The Space

Welcome to Casa Puesta del Sol Villa 2, a luxurious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa offering partial ocean views and a private pool. Located in the beautiful Playa Langosta, this contemporary home spans 3,300 square feet across three levels.

The first floor features an open-concept layout with a living room, half bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The third floor houses the fourth bedroom and a balcony that provides sweeping views, including a partial ocean vista.

The villa is elegantly decorated with custom furnishings and artwork sourced from local Costa Rican artists. Much of the woodwork is handcrafted by a local artisan. Expansive glass windows on all three floors offer breathtaking views of the private pool, ocean, and lush tropical gardens.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

• Two spacious master suites:

  • Third-floor master suite with a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, large en-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a dual shower, and a jetted tub overlooking the ocean. This suite also includes a terrace with stunning partial ocean views.
  • Second-floor master suite with a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a roomy en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. A smaller terrace overlooks the pool and tropical greenery.

• Third bedroom (second floor):

  • King-size bed, spacious closet, en-suite bathroom with rain shower head, seating area with a pull-out queen sofa and chair.

• Fourth bedroom (second floor):

  • Twin-over-full bunk bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with rain shower head.

Living and Dining Areas

Prepare meals or refreshing drinks in the large, fully equipped kitchen while enjoying views of birds and butterflies through floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining and garden area. The living room includes a large sectional sofa, a seating bench, an oversized swivel chair, and a 55-inch LCD Smart TV.

The dining area accommodates ten guests, with seating for six at the dining table and four at the adjacent bar. Guests may also choose to dine outdoors by the pool.

Outdoor Amenities

Casa Puesta del Sol Villa 2 offers professionally maintained tropical gardens surrounding a private pool. Brand-new rattan-style pool furniture provides comfortable seating for sunbathing and relaxation. A gas grill is available for preparing steaks, seafood, or other meals poolside.

Additional features include a private attached garage and an alarm system for enhanced security.

The villa is just a three-minute walk from a grocery store, several excellent local restaurants, and Playa Langosta, which holds a certified “Blue Flag” for water and beach quality. Tamarindo is only a mile away and accessible by car, taxi, or a short walk along the beach.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the garage, backyard, and pool area. Enjoy grilling on the BBQ while relaxing by your private pool, lounging on chaise lounges, or taking a refreshing swim. The convenient location places grocery stores, neighborhood dining, and Playa Langosta within easy walking distance.
