- The third deck is at reservoir level and includes a grill, dining table, sun loungers, and a badminton court.
The game room includes tables, an elliptical trainer, and a table tennis table.
Guest Access
The house is located in a quiet gated community with three houses. Access is through a remote-controlled gate, and the property has private parking.
Guests also have access to the dam and its dock, along with three kayaks and life vests.
Location and Activities
The area is peaceful and well suited for nearby hikes along scenic paths overlooking the dam. The property is very close to the replica of El Peñol and approximately 8 kilometers by road from El Marial Sanctuary Stone.
Additional Information
Elena manages access to the house and is available throughout the day to answer questions or help resolve any issues during your stay.
Check-in and check-out days are included in the price. For other days, the guest must pay Elena COP 92,000 per day directly.
The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. For groups of more than 8 guests, each additional guest is charged COP 95,000 per night.
Security cameras are installed in the access areas to maintain a high standard of security. There are no cameras inside the house or in private areas.

The place is so nice, quiet, and beautiful that you want to go in and stay there. Beatriz, the manager of the place, was very friendly. She made us feel right at home. Recommended for those who want to relax and connect with nature.

Beautiful and comfortable place with amazing views. Well located near all attractions and with easy access by car. In the place you can do kayaking, badminton and table tennis. Communication with the host Olga was very easy and timely. It was great to have the help of Elena, she is such a kind person and made us feel home. Elena helped us with multiple things like cooking breakfast, keeping the place clean, bookings and advice on places to visit, which was great.

A perfect place to rest close to everything but located in an almost private place from the reservoir, the property is full of antique items in excellent condition still in use, great detail. I will definitely be back!
