The peaceful and quiet place was exactly what we needed after a busy couple of weeks exploring CR. The walkable and easy access to local beach and restaurants without being in the middle of all the traffic and people was perfect. Paul was very responsive and provided great recommendations in guidebook.

We stayed 8 nights at Paul's place. The combination of proximity to the sea and pool were great for us. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden and the birds. Unfortunately, access to the beach in Uvita is subject to a fee and a rental car is important to visit other places/beaches.
