5BR House in Veracruz

Beautiful house, perfect for large groups. We were a family of 16 people. The house was super spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The pool area and the game room made the stay fun. Alejandro's service was great. He was always attentive to what we needed. He was thoughtful enough to meet us at the restaurant where we were eating before check-in and brought us a discount coupon as a courtesy. When we arrived at the house, he welcomed us with a bottle of wine. When we checked out, we stayed a couple of hours longer at no extra charge. He was super approachable. We will definitely return!!!!

I really highly recommend her. She's an excellent person, very flexible, friendly and with a real interest in you enjoying your stay. Honestly, 10 out of 10.

An incredible experience. The service from Alejandro and his son was very professional, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help in any situation. It should be noted that they gave us more time for our departure at no extra cost. The facilities are exactly as shown in the photos, with all the services working perfectly. Highly recommended for groups. In our case, I hosted my soccer team and everyone was delighted with the comfortable beds, the fun areas, and the heated pool! Really highly recommended!!

Excellent place to stay! From day one, Alejandro was very attentive. My whole family was delighted with the place. The house is stunning and very beautiful. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we had a somewhat chilly weekend, but fortunately, the indoor pool has a heating system, which allowed us to enjoy it to the fullest. We came with a person in a wheelchair, and they were able to move around the entire ground floor very easily, and there is also a ramp in the pool area. We hope to be back soon!

My whole family and I had an amazing time. Alejandro Bueno was always attentive to us, from before we arrived until we left... The best part is that he let us stay a few extra hours without charging us anything extra. The service is 100% personalized, so all our questions were answered immediately. Honestly, he is a fantastic host. The house is very well appointed, huge, and superbly equipped. We had a great time in its private pool, and the fact that it has heating is incredible. Honestly, I highly recommend them, and we will definitely be back very soon.
