The Space
Located on the seventh floor of the El Cantil complex, this comfortable three-bedroom condo offers beautiful views and plenty of space for families or larger groups of up to eight guests.
The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen allow you to enjoy the Caribbean Sea views throughout the condo. The bright, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and includes:
- Dining space for six
- Raised breakfast bar with three chairs
- Central air conditioning
- Ceiling fans
- Vonage phone line with free long-distance calls
Two spacious primary suites each feature:
- King-size bed
- Terrace access
- Beautiful Caribbean Sea views
Wake up to sunlight sparkling across the water, then step onto the large private terrace with your morning coffee. The outdoor area also provides space for dining while watching the sunset over the sea.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo, along with full access to the complex’s common areas.
El Cantil is located directly on the water and offers convenient access to swimming and snorkeling. The complex features:

The condo is conveniently located across the street from a major grocery store and cinema. Great shopping and gourmet restaurants are also within a few minutes’ walk.

Important Information
Construction noise may be possible during normal working hours from Monday through Saturday during July and August 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Parking at the condominium complex is limited. If you have a vehicle, parking in the El Cantil garage may not be available. El Cantil security will advise whether you can park there. If garage parking is unavailable, parking is available in the grocery store parking lot across the street.
- A washer and dryer are not available for guest use. The cleaning staff can provide laundry service for a reasonable fee.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy covering up to $1,500 for minor accidental damage during your stay. Willful or negligent damage may result in additional charges based on the cost of the damage.
- Parties and loud noise are not permitted. Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, alerts from the noise-monitoring software, or other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may result in fines of up to $1,000, possible eviction, and/or legal action if authorities are involved.
- El Cantil is located in a downtown area, so some noise from nearby resorts, events, or the highway may be audible.

El Cantil is a great place to stay. We really feel very comfortable. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are exactly as advertised, and the swimming pool and lounge chair areas are very clean. It's our second time in Cantil. We'll be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at El Cantil! The seventh-floor view was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. The listing photos were completely accurate—the condo looked exactly as advertised, which we really appreciated. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We also took advantage of the laundry service one day (for a small fee), and it was convenient and well worth it. We've stayed at El Cantil many times over the years, and it's one of our favorite places in Cozumel. This particular condo is definitely one of our favorites. It's comfortable, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cozumel!

Perfect place for our family dive trip! Grocery store across the street, great pool, perfect for snorkeling and a dock for the dive boat to pick us up. Five Star property was great to communicate with also.

Wow! Condo was so perfect for our 6 nights. Filtered water, big living space. Plenty of room for 5+ adults. Walking distance to everything and a market across the street. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in a truly fantastic, beautiful, and comfortable apartment! The apartment had everything we could possibly need. Beautiful views, all the amenities, great bathrooms, beautifully furnished. A pool and the sea for swimming right outside, with great amenities. We were able to park safely in the garage, and the staff was very friendly. Supermarket right across the road, and within walking distance of many restaurants. We could have stayed here longer!

We had a wonderful stay at 7b. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made it easy to relax after long days in the sun and water. One of our favorite spots was the beautiful deck with a daybed overlooking the ocean—an amazing place to sit, unwind, and enjoy the view. The pool area was great, and the hot tub was excellent—especially because it heated up nicely, which was perfect after long scuba diving days. We also loved being able to swim right off the dock into the ocean. It made the whole experience feel like a true island getaway. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Cozumel. We would absolutely come back!

Our second stay at this property was just as great as the first. The unit is so comfortable and clean and updated. The property is excellent for a family but would also work for a girls/friends trip! The people on site are so friendly and helpful, from the staff at the front door to the housekeeper. The property management company communicates well and is so responsive. I always felt informed, and the couple of times I had a question or something went wrong, I got a response and a solution quickly. Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful and exactly what we needed space-wise. It was clean and cozy, and the view was the highlight of my stay. I do wish the parking description had been clearer, as we had to park at the grocery parking lot. In terms of noise, if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this may not be the best option. There is a resort next to the building, and if there are events in town, you will definitely hear them—even with all the doors closed. I loved how clean and well-decorated the place was; it made me feel very comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. Just be aware that they may come in during the morning to do some cleaning, which is nice but was unexpected while we were there. One thing I would definitely wish was different is having control over the AC temperature. We were coming from cooler weather, and although the island had some cool days, the first night was a challenge. In the summer, this may not be ideal, especially if you like sleeping in cooler air.
