The Space

Casa Shibui Norte is a modern hilltop villa in a quiet residential area of Tamarindo. The home features minimalist design, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. Its open-plan layout connects the kitchen, living room, and pool area.

The entire villa is exclusively yours.

Pool

The private backyard pool is fully fenced, making it suitable for families with children and pets. Pool towels, sun loungers, and patio chairs are provided.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and accommodates up to six guests. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

• The primary suite is located upstairs and includes a king bed, closet, private bathroom, and private terrace.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom, and windows overlooking the pool.
• The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be arranged as a king bed, along with windows overlooking the pool.

Every bedroom includes split air conditioning and a fan.

Living Room and Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen, living room, and pool area share an open floor plan that makes it easy to cook, dine, relax, and spend time together.

The living room includes:

Outside, guests can enjoy an outdoor shower and a garden with lounge areas.

Casa Shibui Norte is located in a quiet residential part of Tamarindo.

• Tamarindo Beach is approximately a 15-minute walk away.
• The street itself remains quiet.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including a private entrance and gate.
