Our family had a wonderful time in Costa Rica. Rigo was a wonderful host with clear instructions, very responsive and a beautiful property. We had a great time and hope to visit again!

Rigo was so helpful getting us in last minute after we had a bad experience across town. He was super helpful and friendly and our pool wristbands were ready for us when we checked in. Thank you so much for a great stay. The place was perfect! Great location, in the fun part of the city, but private and quiet with a great view from the balcony. Can’t wait to come back!!

An excellent place to stay and very well equipped.

Richard and his team had great communication to accommodate our booking at the last minute when our flights were cancelled. Fantastic location to the heart of Tamarindo, private balcony (with monkeys in the trees!), and great view of the ocean and pool. The resort pool was SO enjoyable. The place was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing was finding the location. That was difficult for the uber drivers to find on the map. I ended up walking around in circles for a bit and finally found it.

This was a fantastic place to stay with our family of four ( 2 teenage sons) It was at the end of our Costa Rican tour and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The apartment is lovely and the master bedroom bed is the comfiest of anywhere I’ve stayed! There’s a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean behind… I loved sitting in bed with my coffee looking at the ocean! The Diria pool is beautiful with a swim up bar and lots of loungers , and the beach is just over the road. Lots of great restaurants and bars close by. Tamarindo is a holiday place but we found it very pleasant and chilled, and our boys loved taking surf lessons on the beach. The owner and manager Richard and Rigo were very responsive and helpful to any messages- if I was ever lucky enough to return to Costa Rica I’d stay here again- can totally recommend.

Everything about Richard’s place was amazing. It was centrally located so we did not rent a car. Rigo was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the property and Krissa we above and beyond on helping to arrange transportation and excursions. We had the best experience.

We had an amazing stay at Diria 201 in Costa Rica! We were a group of 5 medical students looking for a split of a peaceful beach vacation with some time for adventure, and we definitely found it here! Rigo was amazing at helping us, and allowed us to check in early based on our flight. Communication was great, and we had plenty to do while here. While the wristbands only technically worked for the condo pool (which was a better one with a swim up bar anyways), the hotel staff across the street were nice and allowed us to use the hotel beach chairs when we needed a change of scenery. We ended up renting a car to do some hiking around the national parks, but the town itself was extremely walkable and we didn't need any form of transportation! We definitely recommend taking advantage of the surf shops to rent a few boards during the day. Also, we were thankful that the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans so that we could make breakfast. All in all, such an amazing stay!
