Spectacular Ocean views and even better sunsets! This 1 BDR 1 Bath is on the second floor above a garage in our complex and has its own covered parking space. This apartment is 1 of 3 in a small complex of homes that over looks Flamingo bay and Potrero bay. It is fully equipped with double bed, shower with hot water, bathroom & Kitchen. There is a small living area with futon & dining area. The space Its located on the Northern Flamingo peninsula and is great for bird watching and taking in the views. Our pool is a great place to cool off and relax. Guest access There is a washing machine and dryer available for the guests. Please do not wash tennis shoes in the washing machine as it may damage the machine. Other things to note You will climb 1 flight of stairs to get to this apartment where you will see beautiful views.

We had a very frustrating experience with Yarina’s place, that all could have been avoided had they updated the listing. The pool was broken upon arrival, with no warning from the hosts. This was the main reason why we booked this house, so we were very disappointed. On top of that the hosts response time is incredibly slow, if at all. After a number of questions, one would be answered and then the host would disappear from the chat again for a day. We ended up having to call and text from different numbers to get a response, was not my favorite way to spend vacation. Usually it would be okay if they took a while to respond, but with the pool situation I was expecting a little more attentiveness. The refunded us for our stay, after a 12 hour long conversation. Definitely the low point of our trip in Costa Rica. On the bright side, space was clean, views were amazing. Short walk to multiple beaches. Adequately stocked. I would not book again.

Las vistas que tiene este Airbnb son espectaculares. La casa es cómoda tiene lo esencial para pasar pasar los días. Respecto a su vecindario, para ir a la playa si se debe caminar un poco (subir y bajar gradas).

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Tres bel endroit avec un piscine agréable car nous avons eu tres chaud... L'air climatisé n, etait pas tres performante par contre.. Le lit trop petit pour deux personnes, mais en general tout s'est bien passé. tres bon qualité prix alors nous recommendons cette appartement, et les belles plages a proximité etaient geniales, merci

Most beautiful view of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Loved the ocean breeze, stunning sunsets and hearing the waves crashing on the shore. The drive way is pretty steep and too narrow for my comfort and so I used the extra space on the street for the week. It worked out fine. Excellent communication with the host. Make sure you visit the private beach down the street. Taco place at the corner before the hill is excellent. Check them out on Tuesdays for a great deal. Monday nights is the craft fair. Worth checking out. Bought beautiful handmade cutting board. Rented my car from Economy across from the taco place. Excellent customer service. Paid $379 for eight days with airport drop off.

Yarina fue muy amable y respondió rápido siempre. Agradezco las o atriciones previo al ingreso Tener en cuenta que la entrada es empinada y solo hay 3 espacios. Igualmente hay espacio afuera de la locación y si observé que carros bajos pueden subir.

Excellent location and incredible views 💖 the hotel/casino down the road has access to the private beach you can see from the pool. The front desk person asks for an ID to hold on to while you're down there, and make sure you go at least a couple hours before or after high tide. It's a perfect beach with clear, calm water and lots of shade. Everything was as described, and we had no problem getting here with a small, low car (just go very slow on the steep part of the driveway). We'd definitely stay here again!
