This is the second time we've stayed at these hosts' place. We love it. The view is spectacular, the area is quiet, and the beach is nearby. I would improve a few small things, such as the air conditioning, which drips a bit, and the fans, which are a bit weak. But that doesn't detract from the fact that the place is very nice. It's well worth it; we will most likely return. It has become our favorite place in that part of Guanacaste.

We have stayed at this location several times & always love it. The most amazing sunsets every evening. The unit has everything we need. There is a new bed & smart TV so you can stream movies in the evening. The unit looks over flamingo beach, as well as Potrero beach. You can watch the boats come & go all day as well as some beautiful birds that visit daily. Flamingo is a quiet place and we love that so come back year after year to relax. Can’t recommend this spot enough.

We had a very frustrating experience with Yarina’s place, that all could have been avoided had they updated the listing. The pool was broken upon arrival, with no warning from the hosts. This was the main reason why we booked this house, so we were very disappointed. On top of that the hosts response time is incredibly slow, if at all. After a number of questions, one would be answered and then the host would disappear from the chat again for a day. We ended up having to call and text from different numbers to get a response, was not my favorite way to spend vacation. Usually it would be okay if they took a while to respond, but with the pool situation I was expecting a little more attentiveness. The refunded us for our stay, after a 12 hour long conversation. Definitely the low point of our trip in Costa Rica. On the bright side, space was clean, views were amazing. Short walk to multiple beaches. Adequately stocked. I would not book again.

The views that this Airbnb has are spectacular. The house is comfortable. It has the essentials to spend the days. Regarding your neighborhood, to go to the beach if you should walk a little (go up and down stairs).

We really enjoyed this apartment with an amazing view to the sea. Very nice place with a nice pool because we were very hot... The air conditioning was not very efficient on the other hand.. The bed was too small for two people, but in general everything went well. very good quality price so we recommend this apartment, and the beautiful beaches nearby were great, thank you
