Ashley was helpful with all inquiries. We were a group of 14 and everyone found a nice spot to sleep. Views are incredible, and the pool is very spacious. Highly recommend.

Great place amazing views !

Opening the front door to the beautiful view set the tone for the trip.

The layout was great for big groups. We never felt like we were living on top of each other and had plenty of room to spread out. There was also someone who came by every morning to clean which was nice.

The outdoor area was lovely. We were at the end of whale watching season and got lucky with numerous sightings just from sitting on the back patio/in the pool.

The kitchen and family room was an open concept that worked well for big groups and had enough seating to accommodate meals for everyone together (we had 15 adults in our group).

The lock system took a little to get used to but Ashley was responsive and helped get us another onsite contact person in case we had any issues.

The area is very safe. No cars are let in without coordinating with the front gate which was easy to do.

Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

This villa in Pedregal is absolutely gorgeous. You are on the mountain side of Pedregal so you overlook the beach, rather than the marina, and that makes it feel much more remote.

The living space / pool was great. Everything worked well, and we a housekeeper came everyday to help tidy up.

Ashley was very responsive to any requests or questions.

Had an awesome stay here! Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Living area is great for large groups. The pool and view were both amazing.

Villa Jade De Law was amazing and perfect for our stay! Ashley was able to provide us a property that was accurately described and clean. The view from the villa was so nice, would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to vacation in Cabo San Lucas!

A truley beautiful property that was perfect for multiple couples staying together on a group trip. Views and location are incredible and this house made for a relaxing weekend away. Ashley and her team were fantastic hosts and I would highly recommend making this the place to stay when next in Cabo.

Such a beautiful home the pictures do not make it justice! Spotless clean home. All the rooms had beautiful views of the ocean. Living room and kitchen was a good size for the group of 15 we had. To top it off the patio was gorgeous the infinity pool was great! Ashley was great host , respond in timely matter to our questions! Would 100 percent recommend this home for your next vacation!

Beautiful house, perfect for a large group! Pedregal is definitely where you want to stay in Cabo and the neighborhood amenities and cafe were a great added bonus. We had everything we need for a great trip and would love to come back! Definitely recommend.
