The place was fantastic, quiet and plenty of wildlife around to enjoy. Felt very safe and secure, Carlos and Kevin at the gate were very welcoming, as was Maria, the concierge. Negatives… tv in our bedroom was damaged, door handles were damaged on some of the sliders. Hot water and water pressure were hit and miss. There were some rats in the garage and kitchen at night

Had a wonderful stay at this home for our large family vacation! Pros: house looked exactly as pictured, very spacious, pool was great, home was very clean and the housekeeping was appreciated. Cons: the house was not 45 minutes away from LIR as stated in the description it’s about a 1.5 - 2 hour drive depending on traffic, the hot water in the home would go in and out - we communicated this to the host and they quickly sent someone to fix it but the fix did not last, there were lots of ants and potentially mice so no food could be left out on the counters even if it was sealed, we communicated far in advance that we wanted the pre-arrival grocery service and the host didn’t communicate that they don’t deliver groceries on Sundays (our arrival day) so we got to the home after a long day of travel and unexpectedly had no food.

Great house on the golf course. Not on the beach but you do get a distant view of the ocean. The beach club is 5 min away and is very nice. Only knock on this property is the approach. The roads are not good for about a mile getting to the proprty.

Our stay here was amazing. The kitchen, bedrooms, and pool area were all very impressive. The hosts were super helpful with recommendations and always responded quickly. Would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our hostesses Daniella was so helpful she was in constant communication both prior and during our stay. She helped arrange many tours for us that were perfectly tailored to our family. She answered all our questions in a timely matter. The house itself had all the amenities. There were a few hiccups but they were dealt with immediately. The house was spacious we enjoyed the pool, billiards table and gym. We also enjoyed the beach club which came with the house as well. Lastly the cleaning lady was amazing she kept the house clean and fresh. She was so sweet and agreeable. We highly recommend this property

An exceptional beach getaway. Stunning views, beautiful home, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was impeccably clean and well maintained. The host provided excellent communication throughout. A truly memorable stay.Daniela was very friendly and communicative!!
