Our stay was great! Easy check-in & out. Location was fantastic with our own cute little cafe right bellow. Melinda & husband were very kind and helpful answering any questions we had before & during our stay! Highly recommend! Thanks for having us :)

Great host and good accommodations. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. The only downfall was constant barking from the neighbors next door who owned multiple dogs and the one sleeping in the back room was kept up at late at night.

The home is in good condition. The bathroom is good. The AC works great. The home is conveniently located over a coffee shop. It is walking distance to most stores and restaurants in San Pedro. We really appreciated Melinda picking us up at the airport, giving restaurant recommendations, and getting us a taxi. San Pedro’s “golf cart” traffic can really take away from the peacefulness of the veranda of this property, especially on a party weekend - we were there over Easter. To sleep, I popped in some earplugs and was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at Melinda’s. Place was as pictured and location was perfect for our needs. She was also helpful with local gocart and transportation recommendations. Would highly recommend!

Super convenient location, clean, and A/C in bedrooms for warmer nights. Although it's located on a main street, you can't hear much at all with the windows closed -- plus traffic dies down in the evening. Would recommend!

Our stay was simply amazing. The apartment has all things necessities for your stay. Location was perfect. Decor was modern and the shower pressure was phenomenal after exploring during the day. Host was very tentative in communicating before and during stay. Really enjoyed having space to park the golf cart. Location is very safe and secure would definitely 10000% book again.
