Spend the day beside your private ocean-view pool, relax on the beach, or surf directly in front of the villa. The property is part of Villas de la Torriente, a gated beachfront estate less than one mile from restaurants and shops. El Tunco’s nightlife is only minutes away, while the airport and San Salvador are approximately 35 minutes from the villa.

Villa del Mar is a private oceanfront residence with exclusive access to all areas designated for its guests, including the private pool and direct beach access.

The villa is part of Villas de la Torriente, a well-maintained beachfront estate with several independent residences. Each villa is completely separate and has its own private entrance and amenities, providing privacy throughout your stay.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to Villa del Mar, the five-bedroom, six-bathroom oceanfront villa, including its private pool and direct access to one of the only sandy beaches in Surf City, La Libertad.

Villas de la Torriente is a private multi-villa estate with a shared gated entrance from the street and a common secure parking area. Each villa has designated parking spaces within the estate.

The villas are fully separate, with clearly defined private guest areas. During your stay, the other villas may be occupied by additional guests or members of the Torriente family. However, they do not share living spaces, pools, beach access, or guest areas.

A trusted longtime caretaker and his wife live on the property in a separate private residence. They have been with our family for many years and help maintain the grounds and assist guests when needed, while always respecting guests’ privacy and personal space. Their presence provides additional care, security, and peace of mind during your stay.

Important Information

Villa del Mar is located within our private beachfront estate in San Blas, Villas de la Torriente. We are a peaceful, family-run property, and quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Guests are kindly asked to respect neighboring homes and the surrounding community.

For guest safety and security, the beach access gate is secured at approximately 9:30 p.m. If you are planning a special evening or holiday gathering, please coordinate with us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your plans.

Villa del Mar comfortably accommodates up to 12 registered guests. Reservations are valid only for the number of guests included in the booking.

Additional guests may be approved in advance for a fee of $25 per person, per night.

For larger groups, additional villas within the estate may be available. Please inquire about reserving multiple villas.

If you are planning a special event, we are happy to discuss the details in advance. Depending on the nature of the event, a refundable security deposit and/or per-person event fee may apply.

There are two friendly dogs on the property. They are gentle, well behaved, and accustomed to guests. They help reinforce security while remaining calm and unobtrusive.
