The Space

Villa la Estancia is a beachfront resort located approximately one mile from downtown Cabo San Lucas, with beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and Land’s End. This privately owned, two-bedroom condo accommodates up to six guests and combines the privacy of a vacation rental with the amenities of a full-service resort.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo, including the private terrace. Short-term guests may also use the community pools, hot tubs, and other resort amenities in accordance with homeowners association regulations.

Concierge and Housekeeping

To help you spend more time enjoying Los Cabos, the local property management team provides personal concierge service for:

• Recommendations
• Activity reservations
• Transportation arrangements

Housekeeping is provided every other day to help you relax throughout your stay.

Important Information

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced by resort security.
• Drone use is prohibited under homeowners association regulations.
• Guests who violate these policies may be subject to a fine issued by the homeowners association.

Environmental Sanitation Fee

The Los Cabos municipal government charges all visitors an environmental sanitation fee of $38.00 Mexican pesos per room, per night. The fee supports projects that improve quality of life in the working-class neighborhoods of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, including:

• Beach cleaning
• Water treatment
• Waste collection
• Coastal wetland management
• Reforestation
• Other sustainable programs

These government-mandated fees are collected by the resort but are not affiliated with Villa la Estancia.
