The Space

This unique and affordable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom eco beach home features a modern, open-concept design with a large covered porch nestled beneath the trees. Built on stilts, the house stays cool naturally, while reforested teak furniture and details enhance your comfort during your stay.

The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, comfortable linens, an enlarged closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed, cozy linens, a spacious closet, and convenient access to the guest bathroom. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with fans and air conditioning.

Additional conveniences include a private entrance, driveway, outdoor shower, hot water, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. Purified drinking water and housekeeping services are provided at no extra cost. Housekeeping staff handle laundry using the washer and dryer inside the house, and this service is included with your stay.

Guests staying in the eco casita have access to two communal swimming pools—one located on the Eco Casita property and another at the beach club.

The best place for groceries is La Colonia in Rivas, located 100 meters south of the Tola turnoff on the west side of the street. It is also recommended to refuel in Rivas, as these are the closest gas stations to the property.

The property is approximately a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and about 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica.

Most major car rental agencies operate at the Managua airport; advance reservations are recommended. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is only necessary if planning to visit beaches further south in the San Juan del Sur area.

For guests who prefer not to rent a vehicle, airport transfers and daily sightseeing or surf trips can be arranged. Motorcycle and scooter rentals are also available, along with vehicle and boat transportation to nearby surf breaks.

Additionally, Alamo and National car rental offices are located next to Hacienda Iguana for convenient vehicle pickup.
