The Space
Villa Gran Dia is a luxurious, multilevel villa with six bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, and fast Wi-Fi at 220 Mbps. Elegant interiors and tasteful décor create a private, tranquil retreat.
The villa spans four levels and offers 9,200 square feet of living space, tiered down the hillside overlooking the ocean. Nearly every room features views of the ocean, Banderas Bay, the jungle, and the famous Los Arcos.
Each of the six suites includes:
- A private terrace or balcony
- Ocean and jungle views
- A private bathroom with a shower
- Ample closet space
Bedroom Layout
- Entrance: The villa entrance is located on the second floor, which is the main level.
- Main level: One king master suite
- Third level: Two king master suites
- Fourth level: One king master suite
- Fourth level: Two queen master suites, each with two queen-size beds and a private en suite bathroom
- Queen-size air mattress: Sleeps two guests and requires approval before booking. With this arrangement, the villa can accommodate up to 18 guests.
Relax in the pool while taking in magnificent views of Banderas Bay, or enjoy your morning coffee in the lush garden. Tropical breezes move through the surrounding jungle, while the fully secured, private gated entrance provides peace of mind.
From the pool, you may spot whales in the bay or see parrots stopping by for a drink. With impressive views, excellent amenities, and professional staff, Villa Gran Dia offers a memorable vacation experience.
Staff
A private chef and staff are provided at no additional charge. The villa also uses a shopping service, which guests pay directly upon arrival.

Guests who enjoy outdoor activities can choose from a variety of options, including:

- Other outdoor activities
For cocktails, world-class dining, local art, souvenirs, panoramic sea views, remarkable sunsets, and vibrant nightlife, downtown Puerto Vallarta is approximately 15 minutes away. The Puerto Vallarta Malecón and boardwalk are home to some of the area’s top bars and restaurants.
The famous Le Kliff Restaurant is located one mile from the villa.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the villa unless an area is specifically marked “Employees Only.”
Important Information
- Staff members are available to assist guests, but Villa Gran Dia is not a hotel and staff are not available on demand.
- Room towels and pool towels must remain at the villa. Guests will be charged for any towels that are not returned.
- All events must be approved before booking.
- The event fee for use of the villa is $300 USD and is nonrefundable.
- Any additional electrical costs associated with bands are the responsibility of the booking guest.
- All guests included in an event booking will receive a wristband.
- Event attendees may not use the villa’s amenities, including the pool. Any violation may result in management asking the guest to leave the premises. Rent or deposits for the booked stay will not be refunded.
- This is not an all-inclusive offer.
- No more than 16 guests may stay at the villa without prior approval before booking.

This was my 2nd time to the property. The staff is definitely the highlight. They are wonderful. Will cook whatever you desire and will even accommodate all types of dietary needs and the rooms are cleaned constantly. Really amazing. We didn’t account for the July heat since the last time I came in January. BedRooms have excellent AC so it makes sleeping comfortable, but day time was hot when hanging out so we spent most of the time in the pool. Jennifer communicated quickly and clearly the entire trip. Sunset views are special.

The home was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. It was the perfect place for our family to celebrate my 50th birthday in Mexico. The staff truly made our experience special. The chef prepared delicious meals every day and the house staff was kind and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone was welcoming and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. One of our favorite parts of the home was the pool. It was absolutely beautiful and became the heart of our vacation. My grandkids absolutely loved it and spent countless hours swimming, playing and making memories. Seeing their joy made our stay even more special. The house had plenty of space for our group and we created so many wonderful memories here. I would absolutely recommend this property. Thank you for helping make my milestone 50th birthday a celebration I’ll never forget.

This place was great. very friendly staff. Daniel, the chef was on the spot with all the food. He was very communicative and attentive. He for sure made the little ones happy with whipping up pancakes and waffles. The girl that was there as the wait staff was very kind on checking if we needed anything, talked to us, was super friendly. I definitely cannot complain. Top notch!

The house is very nice. It's large and spacious, and everything is very clean. The ocean view was amazing! The chef was spectacular, always aware of what one needed. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent! The option they offer so that when you arrive, everything is ready without having to stop at a supermarket is great, and the best part of all is the option to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared for you – it's fantastic.

INCREDIBLE!!! EXCEPTIONAL!!! MEMORABLE!!! Host is very responsive. House is decorated in Mexican motif. Chef Danny is first class and EVERY meal is an adventure. Lucia our housekeeper was always responsive and did a fantastic job. We were a family of 12 and there was plenty of room to spread out. Spent many a day around the beautiful pool. The house is a little far from the city but we were able to uber around. Trying to find beach parking was a challenge. Used Celine to charter a boat to do snorkling and fishing trip that was AMAZING! Loved that each bedroom had a private bath and most had gorgeous balconies. This is not a waterfront property so it doesnt have panoramic views of the ocean but the views are beautiful. I can't say enough superlatives about our experience. EVERYTHING was first class. Chef Danny and Lucia spoiled us. Thank you Jennifer, Yolanda and Celine for this once in a lifetime experience for our family.

Our stay was good but the pictures online have to be updated. The place needs much needed up keeping. and there is one television in the whole house and it did not work. The chef and cleaner where great, very attentive and the food was excellent.

we came for a bachelorette trip and had the most amazing time! yolanda & jennifer were the best hosts and so helpful in booking all of our transportation. we felt so safe and right at home which was a huge plus for our group. all of the staff was so sweet and took the best care of us, and chef daniel went above and beyond for us with the most delicious meals & drinks. our time in PV was the best ever thanks to our stay here!
