Each one reflects a concept of well-being and connection with nature, inviting you to rest, contemplate and enjoy the sound of the sea.

During your stay you can enjoy a natural cliff stone, from which a "heater" is formed between the rocks and the waves of the sea — an impressive spectacle at sunset.

In one of the gardens you will find a sculpture of WINGS facing the ocean, a symbol of freedom and warmth, a perfect spot for your photographs.

Guest access The access to the property is made by the Carretera del Litoral, a scenic route and in very excellent condition. To enter the condominium, there is a short 2-3 minute drive down a rural (dirt and stone) street. This is not a climb, but for convenience for this short stretch we recommend arriving by 4x4, 4x2 vehicle, microbus or any high vehicle. 👉 Entry in low sedan type vehicle is not recommended.

🏡 Entry and Security

The house is located within a private condominium with access control, so it is mandatory to send the full names of all guests before check-in and of the drivers, if applicable.

Only people included in the list sent and reported prior to check-in will be allowed to enter. If new names come up, send them at least 12 hours in advance to coordinate their entry and avoid delays or inconveniences upon arrival.

Everyone upon entering must show their ID before the condominium security booth and before the concierge to enter the property, with the exception of minors.

Outside visits are not allowed, and for security service providers other than those selected and recommended to the guest by the house are not allowed.

👥 Capacity

The maximum capacity is 21 guests over 3 years of age. On this platform, you can select up to 16 guests and request up to 5 additional guests at a cost of $80 per person per night. The night includes check-in from 3 pm to 10 pm onward and check-out before 1 pm.

🧳 Concierge and Attendance

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our concierge, who will assist you with your luggage and provide you with all the directions of the place. The concierge lives in the caretaker's house, located behind the main house, and is available to assist you with inquiries 24 hours a day during your stay. You can call him at the number he will provide or by using the CALL buttons located in the living room, dining room, pool area and bedrooms.

Other things to note ✨ Food options:

A) Equipped kitchen with ocean views: You can bring your own food and cook it at home. We have everything you need for convenient food preparation.

B) In-house kitchen service – $65 for 2 to 10 guests $90 for 11 to 21 guests. A person will come to the house to cook, serve and clean the kitchen (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM). You bring the ingredients and deliver them to the house. Homemade Salvadoran dishes are prepared. You will tell them which ones you want and the time. Book at least 2 days in advance.

C) PERSONAL HAUTE CUISINE CHEF: We'll share their contact information with you when you book. You can coordinate the menu and payment directly with him. He takes care of buying ingredients, bringing them home, preparing them on the spot and serving them to you. Book at least 5 days prior to your arrival.

D) Restaurants with delivery At the house, you will find our recommendations for restaurants with home delivery service (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

E) Restaurants in Surf City You'll find excellent options just 8 minutes away by car. We will also share our favorite recommendations with you.
