Super Condo

Overview

Super Condo is a beautifully decorated retreat in Nuevo Vallarta. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the amenities at the Vidanta resort, including:

• More than 40 restaurants, bars, and cafés
• A variety of pools, including a wave pool, lazy river, and wading pools
• Beach access with towels and lounge chairs
• A gym and spa
• Three golf courses
• Tennis and pickleball courts

Guests may also enjoy the privacy of the building, which features a stunning pool and a dedicated children’s area.

The Space

High ceilings, air conditioning in every room, and soundproofing create a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The spacious, open-concept living area is filled with natural light from the large windows.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and opens onto an inviting dining area and comfortable living room. The living room includes:

• A television
• A Sonos wireless speaker

Two patio doors lead to a large, west-facing private balcony with full sun exposure. Furnished with a bar table, stools, and outdoor chairs, the balcony is ideal for dining, relaxing, enjoying views of the palm trees and pool, and watching magnificent sunsets.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The condo has four comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding:

• A spacious primary suite with floor-to-ceiling windows, a king-size bed, and a private bathroom
• Two large bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of which has an adjoining bathroom
• A small bedroom with bunk beds consisting of two single beds, ideal for children

All three bathrooms feature large walk-in showers. For your convenience, the condo provides:

• Bath towels
• Shampoo
• Soap
• Conditioner
• A hairdryer
• An iron

Pool and Outdoor Areas

An impressive, beautifully designed pool with graceful curves and a water feature winds through the landscaped backyard. The grounds feature ornamental shrubs, flowers, and palm trees.

Additional outdoor amenities include:

• Pool towels
• Outdoor restrooms
• A barbecue
• All necessary barbecue equipment
• Lounge chairs, tables, and seating

Guest Access

Access to Seibal is secured by a guard at the site entrance. Dedicated parking is available for guests with a car. The condo is located on the third floor, and the building has an elevator.

The courteous staff will welcome you and provide the keys. Luggage carts are available on-site.

Guests also receive complimentary access to the facilities at Vidanta, one of Mexico’s top 10 resorts.

The Vidanta resort complex is only four minutes away by the building’s complimentary golf cart. Once there, guests can enjoy the resort’s extensive amenities, including:

• More than 44 restaurants, bars, and cafés
• Various pools
• A spa and gym
• Nightly entertainment
• A magnificent beach with lounge chairs and towels
• Beautiful sunset views

Optional Golf Membership

An optional membership add-on costs $45 USD per person for the duration of the stay. It provides access to two renowned golf courses at deeply discounted rates:

• The Nayar: $50 USD per golfer instead of the regular $205 USD
• The Greg Norman course, host of the PGA TOUR Mexico Open: $75 USD per golfer instead of the regular $275 USD

The membership also includes access to a third course, a 10-hole par-3 layout that is open in the evening.

Location and Transportation

Seibal offers convenient access to the restaurants, shops, entertainment, and activities of Nuevo Vallarta and the surrounding area.

Taxis are readily available for trips to:

• Grocery stores
• Local shops
• Puerto Vallarta
• Nearby Sayulita

The condo is located less than 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Private driveway parking is available, with 24-hour security.

Several excellent restaurants are nearby, while grocery stores and other services are only a short drive away. A wide range of attractions and activities is also within easy reach.
