Hacienda Pinilla has an on-site check-in desk and customer service office, open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The nearest airport is Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia, approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Travel from SJO Airport may take around five hours, depending on traffic and peak-season conditions.
