Loved this beautiful home!! Beautiful beach views and the entire staff were great. Patricia, the concierge was great to work with and the home cooked meals were the cherry on top of the icing. We had dinner reservations booked and opted to stay in and have dinner at our AirBnb during our entire stay.

We were very pleased with our stay at Len's property. The staff was very kind and Patricia his property manager took care of all of our needs from planning our stay, to booking our activities and driver, even bringing in an amazing Mariachi band! We appreciated Rafa the cleaning lady doing our laundry daily as well. We even had two awesome fireworks shows right above our back yard thanks to the gusts staying next door! This is truly more of a 4 bedroom as the fifth is IMO a staff quarters as it is small and set back behind the laundry room. Its fine for young children. We had 6 people so it really didn't matter to us just FYI. We had a fabulous time and were sad to leave but we will be returning again!

We lived in the gorgeous infinity pool with a 180 degree view of the entire bay. We are 3 generations from 72 years down to 3, everyone had a fabulous time! Chef Christian was very talented and Roman and Rafa took great care, as well. No one wanted to leave!! The only negative was the teeny converted ‘maids room’ behind laundry. Thanks Len, look forward to returning!

We just spent the most magical 4 nights in Puerto Vallarta. We felt so safe and cared for by the entire house staff. The location is beautiful and unparalleled. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our house server Roman was friendly and took great care of our group of 10. Our chef Christian made the most delicious meals for us. We honestly didn’t want to leave the villa. House manager Patricia was also instrumental in helping us set up the most luxurious experiences with airport pick up, in home massages, and even securing a surprise birthday cake for my friends. Would love to return!

Its always a pleasure staying at Casa Velas. The location, views, food, drinks, and friendly staff really make for a wonderful vacation.

Loved this home. It was very spacious, opened with beautiful views. I loved the rustic touches. Location was both convenient and private. We loved the staff, they were flexible, friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks were delicious! Would definitely go again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The house is stunning, and we were lucky enough to see whales every single day. The house staff made our experience a perfect 10/10; the food was incredible, and we felt so well taken care of the entire time. I can’t recommend this place enough.
