This second-floor condo offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated on the south end of Iguana Beach (Colorados). It is just steps away from the shoreline, allowing you to easily dip your toes in the water. The unit is positioned near the beach club, which features an infinity pool as well as Pili's Kitchen restaurant and bar.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, and the living room has a commercial-grade air conditioner to keep the entire space comfortably cool. The condo includes a 40-inch smart flat-screen TV with cable, free Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen appliances consist of a microwave, blender, coffee maker, and stove/oven.
The building is supported by a generator that powers all condo amenities, including the air conditioning. The condo can accommodate up to six guests, with two single beds in each bedroom. These beds can be combined to form a king-sized bed using extra padding placed between the mattresses for added comfort.
Please note that guests are responsible for covering the electric bill when renting at the monthly rate.
