The Space
This second-floor condo offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated on the south end of Iguana Beach (Colorados). It is just steps away from the shoreline, allowing you to easily dip your toes in the water. The unit is positioned near the beach club, which features an infinity pool as well as Pili's Kitchen restaurant and bar.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, and the living room has a commercial-grade air conditioner to keep the entire space comfortably cool. The condo includes a 40-inch smart flat-screen TV with cable, free Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen appliances consist of a microwave, blender, coffee maker, and stove/oven.
The building is supported by a generator that powers all condo amenities, including the air conditioning. The condo can accommodate up to six guests, with two single beds in each bedroom. These beds can be combined to form a king-sized bed using extra padding placed between the mattresses for added comfort.
Please note that guests are responsible for covering the electric bill when renting at the monthly rate.

Our stay exceeded my expectations. Mario was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our whole trip and helped us book several activities such as boat trips, golf carts, meal plans, etc. The location is perfect as well with a great view of Colorados. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome spot to hang out for a week and get waves within a couple minutes walk of your door step. Large roomy apartment with good size kitchen and living made it easy for everyone to cook for hang out and enjoy! Will be back, thanks for having us! Bonus points for seeing the waves from the balcony

The place was clean and located in a beautiful place, private and comfortable. The only two issues that I had, Waze didn’t show me where exactly was hacienda iguana and I have to ask to locals but once I arrived to hacienda iguana it was easier to find the place. Second I added 3 more guests for one night after reservation but still was under the limit allow and I was charged an extra fee . I look at the listing and I didn’t see disclosure of this. But overall I really like the place.

It is a wonderful place, the apartment has all the conditions, privacy and cleanliness, it has an excellent location and the view from the apartment is magnificent. An excellent host, with clear instructions and always responds to messages immediately.

We had a fantastic time. 3 bedrooms was the exact size we needed. All electronics worked perfectly. Thank you for making our first time at Hacienda Iguana perfect! We hope to return next year!

2nd time staying, Highly recommend staying here, quiete, private, everything works. Beds are comfortable, the Keypad door is a mega plus. You just show up, input the code and go inside. The view and the balcony is great.

This is my second time staying at this condo. It is perfect for us. Plenty of room walking distance to the surf and great location. Would definitely recommend this place to others. The hosts are the best as well. Very responsive and very attentive to our needs as we stay there.

The condo was clean, spacious, and had absolutely stunning views — (WAVES!!!) a great setup for groups or families. Our host was extremely responsive and offered some really helpful local suggestions/amenities. The house has a laid-back feel and while a few elements could use refreshing, the mattress are a little firm for our liking but it doesn’t take away from the experience. The space overall is very livable. We did experience a brief power issue during our stay, which is not uncommon for the area, but the host remained attentive and supportive throughout. If you're looking for a scenic, beach-close stay with local charm, this place definitely fits the bill. The restaurant that’s located beach side “Pilis” (she’s so kind) is incredible.
