The Space

Casa Magnifica offers a close-up ocean view in one of Manuel Antonio's most exclusive neighborhoods, making it an ideal retreat for families. The villa features a private pool surrounded by a spacious deck where you can relax, enjoy a cold drink, or cool off in the fully air-conditioned interior.

There are four bedrooms with various sleeping arrangements, including the unique "Sky-Deck" on the top floor, which opens to a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. The abundant jungle wildlife surrounding the property adds to the luxurious experience.

Covered parking is available for two cars. The pool deck includes a seating area, loungers, and an outdoor dining table. A gas barbecue grill is conveniently located next to the pool. Each bedroom is situated on a separate floor to ensure privacy. One bedroom is especially suitable for children, featuring both a king bed and a queen bed in the same room.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to all common areas of the villa, with no shared spaces with other visitors.

Health and Safety Measures

In response to health guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Costa Rican Ministry of Health, the following protocols are in place:

• Hosts will maintain social distancing during your arrival.
• Hand sanitizer gel is available at the front door for use at any time.
• Housekeeping and maintenance staff will wear face masks at all times.
• The villa is thoroughly disinfected before each guest's arrival and after departure.
• The property is private for your group only, with no shared spaces.

Important Information About Your Stay

• For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, maid service is available for an additional charge of $25 per day. Please contact your host to schedule and for further details.
• Laundry facilities are not accessible to guests at the villa.
• A cash deposit of $400 to $500, depending on the size of your group, is required for last-minute check-ins to cover potential damages or missing items. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no issues are found.
