The Space
Casa Magnifica offers a close-up ocean view in one of Manuel Antonio's most exclusive neighborhoods, making it an ideal retreat for families. The villa features a private pool surrounded by a spacious deck where you can relax, enjoy a cold drink, or cool off in the fully air-conditioned interior.
There are four bedrooms with various sleeping arrangements, including the unique "Sky-Deck" on the top floor, which opens to a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. The abundant jungle wildlife surrounding the property adds to the luxurious experience.
Covered parking is available for two cars. The pool deck includes a seating area, loungers, and an outdoor dining table. A gas barbecue grill is conveniently located next to the pool. Each bedroom is situated on a separate floor to ensure privacy. One bedroom is especially suitable for children, featuring both a king bed and a queen bed in the same room.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to all common areas of the villa, with no shared spaces with other visitors.
Health and Safety Measures
In response to health guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Costa Rican Ministry of Health, the following protocols are in place:
- Hosts will maintain social distancing during your arrival.
- Hand sanitizer gel is available at the front door for use at any time.
- Housekeeping and maintenance staff will wear face masks at all times.
- The villa is thoroughly disinfected before each guest's arrival and after departure.
- The property is private for your group only, with no shared spaces.

Important Information About Your Stay
- For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, maid service is available for an additional charge of $25 per day. Please contact your host to schedule and for further details.
- Laundry facilities are not accessible to guests at the villa.
- A cash deposit of $400 to $500, depending on the size of your group, is required for last-minute check-ins to cover potential damages or missing items. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no issues are found.

Had the most amazing time! The house was beautiful and very clean! The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was perfect! The views were amazing and the wild life surrounding was incredible! Totally recommend!

I can not say enough about this place! Case Magnífica is Casa Magical. We had things planned to do and almost regretted ever having to leave the house. From beginning to end every individual we encountered was wonderful! The recommendations were spot on for quality, the home was immaculate and epic, the pool was warm and welcoming! The only semi constructive thing I could add to help the property manager/owner would be to add a blanket on the couch. When we were all sitting and chatting at nights end it was hard to get cozy. I’m not sure how the rest of our trip will go now that the bar has been set so high. Thank you for the magical memories! We can only hope to return❤️.

Exceptional AirBnb! The location is perfect — a few minutes drive to the beach, national park, or a number of great restaurants. Beyond that, the house is nestled in the jungle trees, with tons of daily wildlife like monkeys and parrots. The house itself is spacious and beautiful. The host is incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. The view is breathtaking. The daily housekeeping service is excellent.

Me and my family we had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and the house is incredible. The pool is great and the bedroom at the top is just breathtaking. Wonderful views of the ocean as well of the wildlife. Keep an eye out for the white face monkeys 😅.
