The Space

Casa Estrella del Mar is a luxurious home ideal for a tropical beach getaway in Costa Rica. Situated just a short walk from Playa Grande, one of the area's most popular surf breaks, this property offers accommodations for up to 12 guests. The house and apartment are rented together exclusively.

The home features a private pool and two spacious covered lounging areas furnished with comfortable patio furniture. A large gas grill is also available for outdoor cooking and entertaining.

The Great Room

This beautifully designed home boasts a grand open floor plan with soaring 24-foot ceilings and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes brand-new stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinetry, and bright quartz countertops.

Dining options include a table that seats 10 and an island with seating for 4. The living room offers ample sofa seating for the entire group, centered around a 50-inch TV with a full cable package for watching sports and other programs. High-speed internet with 100 Mbps download speed supports remote work, video conferencing, and streaming.

The space is enhanced by framed artwork, elegant rugs, and custom window treatments featuring tropical colors.

Upstairs Master Suites

There are two spacious master suites upstairs, each furnished with king-size pillow-top beds and dual reading lamps at every bedside. French doors open to private balconies overlooking the pool and gardens.

The bathrooms are spa-inspired, featuring rain-head showers, full soaking tubs, and dual vanities. Each master suite also includes a 32-inch TV with cable.

First Floor Guest Suites

Two guest suites on the first floor each have king-size pillow-top beds with dual reading lamps. These rooms also feature French doors leading to private balconies or patios and include en suite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers.

Kid’s Room / Additional Guests

An additional room designed for children or extra guests contains two twin-sized beds.

Lanai, Pool, and BBQ Area

The pool and lounge spaces are among the most popular spots for guests. The home offers two covered patios and palapas perfect for socializing and relaxing.

The main patio adjacent to the house includes a sectional outdoor sofa, a dining area, and a 36-inch built-in gas BBQ. On the opposite side of the pool and garden, there is a newly constructed and furnished palapa with two daybeds and seating for eight.

Both patios are equipped with large ceiling fans, lighting, and electrical outlets for plugging in speakers to enjoy music while swimming, dining, or unwinding.

Casa Estrella del Mar is managed by a professional property team that can assist with booking tours and concierge services during your stay. An on-site caretaker provides daily housekeeping to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
