The property apparently shows damage from an earthquake. The stairs look separated, and there are many cracks throughout the building. However, we were comfortable, and they are already repairing the building.

The apartment is very good if you don't want to be on the beach. It has the basics for you to have a good time, and it easily accommodates 14 people. The air conditioning is great. The apartment pool is very good. There is beach access, but without access to facilities. If you want to use them, you have to pay 1,000 pesos per person. In addition, you must use a car to get to the beach due to the complexity of the condominium.
