Rates and Bedroom Access
The base rate listed on the platform includes:
- Up to 25 guests, including adults and children
- Use of bedrooms 1–5
- Use of all common areas and property amenities
Additional charges apply in the following cases:
- Groups of more than 25 guests: $400 per additional person, per night
- Use of additional bedrooms 6–11, even for groups of fewer than 25 guests: Please contact us for the total cost based on the number of bedrooms required.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: After 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
Upon arrival, the manager will welcome you, show you the fully cleaned house, and answer any questions you may have.
If you would like to arrive early or request a late check-out, please message us. We will be happy to accommodate your request when possible.
Pets
Pets are welcome. An additional fee of $350 per pet, per stay applies.
To protect the property and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, the following rules apply:
- A maximum of two dogs is allowed.
- Dogs must wear a leash and identification tag when being walked within the residential development.
- Please clean up after your pets both inside the house and throughout the residential development.
- Pets may not be placed on furniture, armchairs, or beds.
- Pets may not be left alone inside or outside the house when you leave.
- Pets may not enter the pool or Jacuzzi.
- Guests will be charged for any damage caused by their pets in the house or residential development.
Guest Access
Parking is available for up to 12 cars inside the property.
Access to the residential development is controlled through a security booth operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To arrange entry, please provide the full names of all guests and the vehicles that will be entering.
Only guests registered on the reservation may enter the residential development and the property.
House Rules
The house is exclusively for guests registered on the booking. Additional parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted.
Gatherings with family or friends are allowed only when all attendees are guests staying at the property. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m., in accordance with the residential development’s regulations.
Other Things to Note
Shops and pharmacies are located very close to the residential development for your convenience.
Please remember that this is a country house. Although the property is fumigated regularly, mosquitoes and other insects may still be present.
The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property. Third-party reservations are not permitted.

We spent three days at this property with plans to go out and explore, using some recommendations we received from Jesus. But we had such a good time that we didn't go out a single day. :) The house is very nice and is in a gated community. We asked for the heater, and the pool water was wonderful. The garden is very spacious and well-kept. In the evening, we went into the hot tub (which can fit about 10 people). The next day, we played tennis. Then we had a barbecue (Mr. José Luis helped us go buy the things we were missing, so we didn't move a single car during that time). In the evening, some of us played board games in the living room, while others watched soccer in the same area on a nice TV with a good signal. Clean, comfortable bedrooms, good quality linens, and no hot water issues. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. 100% recommended. Thank you so much for all your hospitality and helpfulness, especially to Jesus and Claudia.

Everything went very smoothly, and Mr. José Luis was always very willing to help us during the stay. Claudia was very open with us and provided us with the facilities to make the most of the place. We are very grateful, so much so that we would definitely return for our 38th uninterrupted stay.

My stay was very pleasant! It was a family gathering. We used all the extra rooms, which are very comfortable if you go as couples. Room number 4, which is inside the house, is connected to Room 3. It is only separated by a glass door and a translucent curtain. If you don't have a problem with that or you're not looking for that much privacy, they are perfect. It's also important to bring repellent. Everything is super clean, the towels are impeccable, the pool and jacuzzi water is super clean, and the temperature is wonderful. Mr. José Luis provided excellent service and was always attentive to us. Overall, a very good experience that we will surely return to soon.
