Overview

Casa Caletilla accommodates up to 21 guests. Parking is available inside for 3 to 4 cars, depending on their size. This property is cherished for its stunning views, prime location, spacious open areas, beautiful sunsets, attentive service, proximity to the ocean, Maria's delicious cooking, and privacy. It is ideal for business travelers, families, and groups.

The Space

Situated on a cliff overlooking Roqueta Island, Casa Caletilla descends from the street level down to the water's edge. The rooms, living room, dining room, pool, and sea deck are arranged on multiple levels, each offering magnificent ocean views.

This large home is perfect for travelers seeking to escape the busy downtown Acapulco area without sacrificing beautiful scenery and comfortable amenities. The house centers around an open-plan living and dining area with several seating and lounge spaces designed to relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.

Additional features include:

• A pool with a sun terrace
• A pier providing private ocean access

All bedrooms face the ocean and include ensuite bathrooms. While the rooms have a simple design, they are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning to ensure comfort. Each bedroom has its own private entrance and full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom near the pool and an open shower by the pool area.

Staff and Services

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Memo, Maria, and Juan Carlos, who are friendly and dedicated to making your stay comfortable. Please note:

• Memo and his family assist with many tasks but do not clean up after guests.
• Guests are expected to tidy up by disposing of bottles, cans, bags, and placing all glasses and plates in the kitchen, leaving all areas clean after use.

Daily cleaning includes rooms and bathrooms, with the pool and gardens maintained as needed. Bed linens are changed once a week unless otherwise requested.

A washing machine is available for laundry; guests can ask Memo for assistance at an additional cost per load.

Memo and Juan Carlos handle:

• Setting up and removing the stairs from the pier to the sea each day
• Pool cleaning
• Assistance with the kayak and other needs

Please maintain communication with them for any requests.

Cooking Service

Maria, Memo's wife, offers cooking services at an additional charge based on group size. This fee covers preparation of all three daily meals and is payable directly to her. Ingredients are not included in the price.

Cooking service rates for the entire group are:

• Up to 10 guests: 1,000 Pesos per day
• Up to 15 guests: 1,500 Pesos per day
• Up to 20 guests: 2,000 Pesos per day
• Up to 25 guests: 2,500 Pesos per day

Having Maria cook is highly recommended for both the quality of her food and the convenience.

Additional Amenities

• A small portable grill is available for guests who enjoy barbecuing with a view. Please bring your own charcoal or wood and clean the grill thoroughly after use.
• Guests may choose their own meals or request predetermined menus with ingredient lists from the staff for convenience.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire private property. The layout includes steps descending from the street to the pier, with rooms, dining, living/terrace areas, pool, and pier located on different levels.

Important Notes

Electricity usage is charged separately based on consumption. The meter reading at arrival and departure determines the kilowatt usage. The price per kilowatt is based on the most recent electricity bill, which can be reviewed upon request. Payment must be made in cash to Memo before departure.
