Het verblijf was exact wat je ziet online. Basic maar volledig. De gastvrijheid en de nightwalk met diner zijn de moeite waard.

A farm that respects the planet, the animals and consumers, and which also serves as a real hub for passing on more sustainable farming practices. Unique, self-built Airbnb accommodation that captures travellers’ imaginations and offers simply breathtaking views. It’s inspiring to meet someone who believes so deeply in their ideas and who puts all their energy into making them a reality. Thank you also to your parents for their excellent meal, prepared with produce from the farm (and the after-dinner liqueur!). We’ll cherish the wonderful memories of this time spent together. Arrived to incredible misty views through the huge windows down to the sea and were lucky enough to spot toucans in the trees. Staying with our two young children who loved popping down to the farm to see the animals. Basic cooking facilities which were enough for us to cook a simple meal (single ring electric hob, microwave, kettle). A great stay - thank you Gilberto

We had an amazing stay in Monteverde! The small house is surrounded by nature on a private property and offers breathtaking views. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the cloud forest. A SUV is highly recommended for the drive to the property, especially during wet conditions. At night, you can clearly hear the sounds of the surrounding wildlife, which is exactly what you would expect when staying in the middle of nature. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at the Finca Bello for three nights and I wish we would have stayed for weeks. It was so tranquil and relaxing. We watching lightening at night down in the gulf below and clear starry skies above the clouds. Watched toucans and parakeets in the surrounding trees during breakfast. A dream of a place to stay. 2 minutes from zip lining, 15 minutes from El Tigre Waterfalls hike, 25 minutes from Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve.

Das Haus und die Aussicht waren wunderschön! Die Nachttour mit Gilberto war sehr interessant und das anschliessende Nachtessen sehr lecker. Auf dem Bauernhof durften wir uns frei bewegen und die ganze Familie und Tiere kennenlernen, das war toll für uns und die Kinder! Herzlichen Dank

It was great staying up in the mountains. The views were amazing. We also bought some cheese, eggs and milk from the farm which tasted delicious. The guided tour was also great! We saw some scorpions and some snakes.
