Guest Access
Guests may use the entire house except for:
- The first-floor bedroom, which is the sixth bedroom and has its own bathroom
- A small shed in the garden
These areas are reserved exclusively for the owners. Guests may use the other five bedrooms and all remaining amenities throughout the house.
Other Things to Note
A friendly Labrador-type dog lives on the property. He has never attacked anyone and enjoys being around children. However, because he is large and playful, he may jump on people, which could frighten small children. Supervision and caution around children are recommended.

I will definitely come back. A quiet area, ideal for relaxing, everything in good working order and close to downtown. I loved the nature surrounding the house, and the service from Don Álvaro and his wife. A super functional, cozy house with a family atmosphere.

A place that I highly recommend, we had a very quiet time, lots of privacy, it's central, the place is clean, everything you need to cook comfortably, we loved the fireplace, Cantaras the super friendly and respectful guard dog, he doesn't enter the house, and besides he befriended my little Chihuahua dog, we would go back, I had a very quiet time with my family and Mr. Alvaro's service was good. Thank you very much, we had a very pleasant Christmas 😊

Very nice and spacious house. It's easy to walk to downtown Huasca. Very friendly dog. We liked it a lot. Large garden that is used as parking, there is a place to make a fire and grill meat.

Excellent location, the photos don't do it justice, you feel right at home, everything you need to cook as well as to bathe and sleep well, my family, pets and I loved it, additionally it is a 5-minute walk from downtown, we didn't have to struggle with parking, 100% recommended, we will definitely be back

incredible place to spend time as a family, very spacious and clean, the attentive host at all times, located in a very central area, the guard dog is super quiet.
