The Space
Enjoy this spacious 3,350-square-foot penthouse in a tourist area near Bocagrande, with spectacular views. The property is located in the same neighborhood as the Hilton, Hotel Dann, and Hotel Caribe.
The penthouse includes:

- One small maid’s bedroom
- Four and a half bathrooms
- Private terrace with a whirlpool
- Approximately a 3–4-minute walk to the beach
A maid or cooking service is available for $12–$20 USD per day, excluding supplies. Features are subject to change.
Discounts and Rates
- Receive a 10% discount for stays of seven days.
- Rates for stays of 15 days or more are negotiable.
- Low-season rates may be as low as $287.10 per night.
- A contract may be required for signing.
Registration Fees
There is an initial arrival registration fee of 60,000 Colombian pesos, approximately $15 USD total, for up to 12 guests. This fee is not charged per guest.
Visitors or guests who are not registered upon initial arrival are subject to an additional condominium registration fee of 60,000 Colombian pesos, approximately $15 USD, per person.

Guest Access and Requirements
Guests must be at least 18 years old to register in Colombia. Colombian guests must also present a valid cédula.
Parents traveling with minors under 18 must accompany them. If a minor is traveling or staying with an adult who is not their parent, the adult must provide a notarized letter authorizing the trip and stay.
Minors must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult while inside the penthouse. There are rules, as in most condominium complexes. Please ask if you have a specific question.
Pool
The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance.

The place is very nice, just as shown in the photos. The service from the hosts and Mr. Jesús who helps them was excellent. The view and the jacuzzi were incredible.

Fernando was wonderful, Very attentive to us, always checked on us. He let us know how to move around for safety so we can enjoy the full experience. My only complaint was the hot water but we made it work. The maid service recommendation was spot on, I would recommend anyone use her service when traveling there. She was wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at Penthouse 1704! The space is huge, clean, and comfortable with breathtaking views from the terrace and whirlpool. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to Bocagrande. Jesus was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Cartagena!

Fernando and Sandra made our stay amazing! They were available to help us at all times, the apartment is as it is shown in the photographs, it has a beautiful view, especially at sunset. It's very spacious and comfortable for a group of friends or family. We'd definitely be back.
