The Space
This new home offers a comfortable, cozy stay with spacious interiors and beautiful views of the Guadalupe Valley. It is located within a private area with controlled access, providing a secure setting. The entrance to the private area is on the road, with convenient access to the main roads in the region. Well-known vineyards and restaurants are nearby.
The house includes:
- Three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom
- One bedroom located on the ground floor
- A ground-floor bedroom bathroom with a double door, allowing access from the home’s common areas
- A living room with a double sofa bed
- A second-level living room with a recently added queen-size sofa bed
- Clean sheets for both sofa beds
- Blankets and pillows stored in the ottoman-style trunk in the living room
Guests may choose which sofa bed they prefer to use.
Guest Access
For space reasons, the property comfortably accommodates three cars. If you need parking for an additional vehicle, please notify the host so another space can be arranged.
Please do not enter other properties, including the adjoining house that is part of Casa Acacia or any other neighboring property.
Common areas, such as the sidewalks, may be used freely, especially by guests who enjoy going for walks.

This place was great! perfect location close to main wineries and restaurants. Accessible and gated community, safe and comfortable. The house was just as described, clean, ample space for our group of 8, and César was responsive. Overall amazing stay!

Staying at César’s home in Valle was the perfect location in between all the wineries. Far enough that you felt remote from the business but a short drive to restaurants/wineries. César was very responsive when we needed directions or help. When we come back to Valle, we will stay here again. Thank you César!
