Overview
Spectacular house surrounded by nature in a private community with 24-hour security, located in Cerro Gordo, 13 minutes from Avándaro. The property is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or work sessions.
The house accommodates 18–20 people. Rates depend on the number of guests; please inquire for a quote.
The Space
The house is divided into two levels:
- Upper level:
- Four spacious bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom
- A small room with bunk beds and a full bathroom
- Lower level:
- Four bedrooms
- Three full bathrooms
- One half bathroom
In total, the house has eight spacious and comfortable bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and an additional small room with bunk beds and a full bathroom.
The property includes:
- A terrace surrounded by forest
- A Jacuzzi with hydromassage for 12 people
- A room with a fire pit
- Barbecue grills
- Teppanyaki grill
- Fireplace
- Trampoline
- Television room
- High-speed business internet
- Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, spices, appliances, and everything needed for a comfortable stay
There are two dining tables:
- Outdoor table with seating for 14 people
- Indoor table with seating for 10 people
Parking is available for four to five cars, or up to six smaller vehicles parked closely together.

Guest Access and Pet Policy
Only one pet is allowed. A security deposit is required to cover potential incidents, including:
- Scratched doors or flooring
- Pets climbing onto beds or armchairs
- Pets using the bathroom inside the house
Other Things to Note
Check-in and check-out times may be flexible, provided there are no other reservations.
The house does not have a backup generator.

The stay was amazing. The house is much nicer than in the photos, super comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy a great weekend. Mariana is amazing, providing great service and guidance on whatever you need, and the staff helped us keep everything spotless. We will definitely be back.

The house is spectacular!! The rooms are very spacious, everything is very well maintained, and the place is designed and decorated with excellent taste. The common areas are quite large, with plenty of space, both outside and inside, and the service provided by the kitchen and cleaning staff is excellent. A setting completely surrounded by forest in every direction, with access to the forest from the property. It exudes tranquility, ideal for large families, with all the amenities. I would definitely come back!

Overall, we had a good stay. The house is spacious, ideal for large families. Mariana was always very attentive, responded quickly, and tried to help at all times, which is greatly appreciated, especially since we lost power due to the rain. We understand that this was a general issue in Valle de Bravo and not directly the host's fault. There were issues, such as one day we ran out of water from 7:00 p.m. until the next morning, but Mariana took care of it. Also, in two of the rooms, there was no good internet signal, and the TV in the master bedroom never turned on. However, the house has a lot of potential, but it would be important to give it general maintenance and to clean the pond in front of one of the bedrooms. Apart from these details, it's a good option due to its spaciousness.

The house is just like in pictures. Contact with nature. Daniela, the cook, and her daughter pampered us at all times. Mariana was attentive to our requests at all times. I would love to go back again.
