Check-in is available✹ 24/7 with a custom code provided prior to your arrival. Long-term stays are allowed

WORK FROM HOME: High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, plus desk space. Other things to note Housekeeping✹ : Free daily housekeeping is available Monday through Friday. Cleaning is also available on Saturdays for an additional fee

✹ Breakfast service: Breakfast is available for an additional fee from Monday to Saturday upon explicit written request from guests' post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours' notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings from the second morning of the reservation.

✹ Cleaning and breakfast can also be arranged on Saturday for an additional fee.

✹ Pets: This is a pet-friendly property. An additional $50 cleaning fee per pet applies, as well as a $200 security deposit, which is refundable after your departure when Casa Armida cleaners confirm no pet damage. Guests who do not disclose that they are bringing a pet, but are caught by our team, will be subject to a 500 USD fee.

✹ Security cameras: The property has a CCTV security camera outside the property overlooking the entrance to our property. There are no recording devices in the home's private areas. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
