The Space
Experience peaceful days immersed in nature. Both master bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private outdoor showers. The villa includes a private pool and a spacious covered parking area. Comforts of home such as Smart TVs, air conditioning in both bedrooms, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and optional maid service are provided.
Wake up surrounded by towering bamboo and the sounds of tropical birds and playful monkeys. The villa’s design features natural bamboo accents, granite countertops, teak cabinetry, and upscale finishes, blending luxury with the natural environment. Additional Information
The villa is surrounded by rainforest, which means daily visits from wildlife such as monkeys, iguanas, toucans, and macaws. Insects are also common in this environment. All windows are screened, but occasionally some insects may enter.
Daily cleaning service is included. However, if insects or geckos are a concern for you or your group, Costa Rica might not be the ideal destination.
To avoid attracting wildlife, do not leave fruit or eggs out, as monkeys can enter and cause disturbances. Always clean the kitchen thoroughly after use, as even small crumbs can attract ants inside the house.
Pricing
Rates vary based on the number of guests. The base rate applies to one or two guests, with an additional fee for the third and fourth guests. Weekly discounts are available. Families traveling with young children may qualify for adjusted guest fees—please inquire for more details.

Amazing and immersive experience. Didnt realize how big the place waas once we got there. Its very peaceful with the sounds of the wildlife at every minute. Worth the stay. Every day i felt we discivered something new. Highly reccommended

We loved our stay at the Casa Cascada and its jungle setting. The sound of the rain on the roof top was perfect for this setting. The pool was very refreshing in Costa Rica’ s humidity. If you’re elderly be aware it is quite a climb to get to the Casa if you’re on foot. The staff were always helpful and friendly and available. We also had a wonderful massage at Raindrop spa.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I really great place to be if you plan to work and travel at the same time. The WiFi was fast. Everything we needed was available to use. Highly recommend for longer stays!

If wildlife viewing is your goal stay here! The stay is exactly what is described. The pool was very cold but honestly perfect for hot humid weather. We saw macaws land right in front of us on multiple days & monkeys as well. I actually also saw some poison dark frogs near the driveway. House is in great location and host is very accommodating, we were able to check in early due to an unexpected shorter drive time. I honestly have zero complaints.

I was worried it wouldn’t be private, but I was wrong. We felt safe, we were left alone and the pool was nice way to relax after all of the activities.

Nice relaxing home. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and functional kitchen. Driveway was a bit steep but manageable.
