The Space

The property includes:

• A spacious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom main villa
• A private one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio apartment
• Two fully equipped kitchens
• Four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms in total

The studio apartment has its own entrance and full kitchen, making it well suited for grandparents, another couple, extended families, or guests who value additional privacy.

Designed around Costa Rica’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle, the main living area opens onto a spacious ocean-view terrace and private pool. The panoramic setting provides a beautiful backdrop for morning coffee, sunset viewing, and outdoor dinners.
