Located overlooking the third hole of the prestigious Amanali Golf Club, the property combines modern luxury with family-friendly entertainment and beautiful lake views.

Bedrooms

The home has four bedrooms. Please note that the fourth bedroom is a service room located in the basement. It has separate access through the terrace and is situated slightly outside the main part of the house.

Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home and its private amenities, including:

• Swimming pool
• Hot tub
• Multicourt
• Patio
• Outdoor kitchen and dining area

The property is located within a secure condominium. To arrange entry with security, we require the full names and identification documents of all adult guests, along with vehicle license plate numbers, in advance.

Optional Services and Fees

Please inquire about availability and booking for the following services.

Hot Tub Heating

The hot tub is typically maintained at 28–30°C. Heating to higher temperatures is available for $750 MXN per day and requires the presence of the groundskeeper.

Boat Experience

Enjoy a private boat experience for water skiing or sightseeing.

• $3,150 MXN per hour
• Maximum of seven guests
• Subject to weather conditions, maintenance, and captain availability
• A liability waiver is required

Golf Cart Rental

• $750 MXN per day
• Refundable $5,000 MXN security deposit

Private Staff Services

• Groundskeeper: $550 MXN per day, including assistance with drinks, grilling, pool care, and light errands
• Cook: $650 MXN per day, required for the in-house breakfast and lunch experience

Property and Safety Information

Pest Control

The home is surrounded by nature and receives professional pest control service monthly. Although insects are uncommon, they may occasionally appear. As a precaution, we recommend checking sheets and shoes before use.

Boat Use and Liability

Boat use is at guests’ own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages related to its use.
