The apartment is in perfect condition, with a very good location and with all the amenities advertised. Communication with Gloria was constant, and she was always willing and available to resolve any questions or issues as much as possible. Gloria is always attentive to her guests. We asked Gloria for a recommendation and in less than half an hour she had the information we were looking for. Very friendly. The service of all the people who work in the public areas was very helpful, and they were friendly with us at all times. At check-in, they request a deposit (they usually do), and at check-out, they returned it to us without any problems. We would definitely come back and stay in this apartment again. The areas in the apartment are spacious and comfortable in general. My favorite part was that it has a private beach and an assigned space with an awning, a beach cot and chairs to enjoy the beach in a super relaxed way (upon arrival, let them know you're going to use it). In the apartment, you'll find a fairly large cooler and towels for the pool or the beach, which is great. Upon arrival, you must leave a deposit of $3,000 (pesos) in cash, and at the end they will return it to you. If you hang towels and clothes on the balconies, you will be fined (I think this is excellent, because that way the complex continues to look nice). The pools are large and very well maintained. The parking space is covered. The truth is that everything is quite good. The Airbnb photos show a washer and dryer, but in reality they don't work. That's the only thing; otherwise, everything is excellent!!!

Super service from Gloria… always attentive and very flexible regarding schedules. She gave us very clear instructions from the start. The complex is super nice. In general, the staff who provide support with all the amenities are very attentive, and everything is very well cared for with constant cleaning and tidiness. Highly recommended!

Gloria was always attentive and friendly with my requests. The apartment is very nice, just as described.
