The place is in a secluded upscale neighborhood. You do have to go through dirt roads maybe get some groceries prior to arrival but there restaurants at the Marriott and at the club house we also hired a chef. The place was so relaxing for studying and family oriented and plenty of room for large families. The pool was amazing. We had monkeys and seen some wild life which was amazing. There was ants but you are in Costa Rica which is well known for creatures nothing that was due to the are being unclean. You have a housekeeper and a pool person that comes and cleans for you. It was a pleasant stay we did have road blocks but it’s because the area is growing. Overall it was an amazing experience. Pura Vida.

Nice place, really appreciated David’s communication. Located well within the community. My only gripe was that it was not advertised that toilet paper could not be flushed (other homes within this community have proper sewer). Otherwise, very nice stay.

Great house, with central kitchen/living area and rooms surrounding pool area. Playground was a little aged and beat up, but sufficient to entertain the little ones for swinging. Close to the Beach Club, which was a hit for everyone - $5/day per person to enjoy pool, beach, playground, workout facilities, and they had a restaurant on site. House had working washer/dryer, great kitchen, and working outdoor grill. Pizza oven outside has seen better days - we avoided it. We had a wonderful time there

We spent 5 days at S Luxury, my wife and me, our son, daugher-in-law and 2 grandsons. Loved the accommodations. Very comfortable beds, plenty of privacy, and fully-stocked kitchen. The hosts, Priscilla and Maria, were attentive and helpful throughout.

We had a great stay overall. The house itself is gorgeous and in a beautiful setting with a bathroom for each bedroom! When we arrived, the front door was broken and the pool was murky, but the pool was cleaned within 24 hours and they sent people to repair the door but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The house came with a concierge, Maria, who was fantastic. She was very responsive and helped us book dinners and an ATV tour. We also had the recommended chef cook at the house one night and it was incredible and definitely a highlight of the trip. Separate from Maria, communication with the management company was frustrating at times. We had groceries delivered, but some items were missing. They said the missing items would arrive quickly, but after two days of waiting with no update/response we went ourselves for the remaining items. Overall we had a great stay and the house was beautiful, but communication from the management company could definitely be improved.

Loved our stay. The kids loved the pool. Safe places. Close to several attractions. Beautiful beaches nearby. Howler monkeys and ara macaws spotted on the property 😍.

Pros: Beautiful villa, plenty of space, nice quiet location and felt safe with gated security. Beautiful beach right down the street next to the Marriott. Cons: Lots of ants inside of the villa, also had a cockroach crawling across the kitchen table (They did come out and try to take care of the ants with spray and cleaning but they were still consistently there). Pool and outdoor bathtub were full of leaves upon arrival (no net available to clean ourselves but they did bring a net for us after i requested one), back sliding door did not lock which was a slight concern with having our baby in the house. No body wash/body soap available despite being listed in the amenities. Overall we had a good stay. Place is still beautiful with a lot of potential. Just some minor details which could have really made our stay feel luxury as advertised.
