The Space
This tastefully decorated condo at Palmar provides all the comforts of home with a spacious open floor plan. It features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. There are two master suites, each equipped with king-size beds and large spa-like bathrooms.
One bedroom contains two queen beds, while the fourth bedroom offers flexibility with either two twin beds or a convertible king bed. This layout is ideal for a large family or multiple couples.
The 250 square foot terrace delivers exceptional views of the ocean, swimming pool, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Palmar is conveniently situated near town, shopping centers, and dining options. Water sport rentals are within walking distance, and the building offers some of the best shore snorkeling on the island.

Housekeeping and Safety
Before each new arrival, the condo undergoes a thorough deep cleaning and sanitization. Weekly maid service is provided during your stay by our housekeeper, Martina, who uses gloves and a mask. To minimize contact, only one condo is cleaned per day, and we strive to leave a day between guest stays when possible.
For your safety, disinfectant spray and hand gel are supplied in each condo for personal use. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request.
Additional Information
To welcome guests, we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, along with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine, so you can start enjoying your stay immediately upon arrival.
The standard check-out time is 10:30 a.m. We kindly ask guests to adhere to this time when there are arrivals the same day. Otherwise, check-out can be extended to 12:00 p.m. at no extra charge—please confirm availability in advance. Late check-out beyond this time is available for a fee of $10 per hour.

Hemos tenido una experiencia excepcional en este alojamiento. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, con una vista impresionante y la comodidad de tener cafés, restaurantes y supermercados cercanos para las necesidades básicas. El departamento no solo está impecablemente limpio, sino que también está totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar, incluyendo toallas y toallones para el uso diario y para la piscina. El espacio es más que suficiente; éramos un grupo de 8 personas y nos sentimos muy cómodos. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención al detalle en la cocina, donde encontramos todo lo que podríamos necesitar y más. La atención recibida fue excelente, y la ayuda de Lais fue invaluable. En todo momento estuvo dispuesta a colaborar, incluso nos ayudó a gestionar el alquiler de un carro, que fue entregado directamente al departamento y posteriormente lo devolvimos en el ferry. Súper recomendable. Gracias por hacer que nuestro viaje sea inolvidable!

This was the perfect choice for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen fully equipped for family dinners. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean and it was fun watching the large cruise ships come and go. The building staff was so helpful and welcoming. Our dive shop was right downstairs as was OXXO convenience store so the children could for their nightly ice cream. I enjoyed being away from the touristy part of San Miguel. Victoria helped us with a car rental so we could readily explore the beaches around the island and get to the grocery store. The car was delivered to the condo and the driver took us to the airport when we returned the car.

Lovely site that was well-supplied with everything you would expect in kitchen and many toiletries. I appreciate how clean it was and we received many helpful recommendations for local tours & restaurants. Great stay!

What an amazing home and a gracious host. Victoria was responsive, provided clear instructions, and easy to work with. Great communication and accommodating. The place was beautiful, clean, and our family and friends greatly enjoyed the beauty, spaciousness, and comfort of the home.

Great stay, located a quick drive away from downtown as well as Fontaur Pier where our dives departed from. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Cozumel!
