There is no way to adequately explain the beauty of Nauti-Luz, Playa Carrillo. Everything was amazing. Kattia took care of having some snacks and provisions for our arrival which we were extremely grateful for. Maria’s care for us during our stay and fresh made breakfasts each morning were amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Nauti-luz was even more beautiful than I expected from the photos. It’s a true tropical paradise. The house, pool, deck and grounds are stunning, with views overlooking the shore on two sides. There’s even a separate thatched hut for yoga and exercise. Maria, the cook, prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners for us. She prepared several main and side dishes for every meal and the food was so good that we asked for repeated menus. She could prepare vegetarian and non vegetarian options that were varied and tasty. We were a large group with lots of special requests and I thought we would drive Katia crazy. She promptly made arrangements for massages at the house for several of us and made recommendations for other services. The house is a gem and so is Katia.

We (4 adults and 4 kids) recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful property with stunning views. Lots of indoor/outdoor spaces offered our group the ability to spread out if we wanted but also wonderful gathering spaces. We enjoyed the howler monkeys (although they can be very loud if you’re not used to them and may want earplugs) and hearing the waves crash throughout the day/night. Maria is definitely a highlight of this house. She made us amazing breakfasts each morning and dinners three of the nights we were there- what a gem! Kattia was also very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and also during our stay. A few notes: just a reminder that there is no AC in the house. It is truly open air living but that does sometimes mean random insects and heat. Each bedroom has ceiling and floor fans which were helpful and necessary during the hot April days we visited. Just stay in your suit and jump in the pool to cool off!

The home and property are incredible. We stayed here for ten days and were mesmerized with the unparalleled beauty, sound of the ocean, and Maria's incredible hospitality and cooking. It's such a wonderful thing when you come across a property this breathtaking to marvel at and make memories. Thank you Kattia for sharing your lovely home!

WOW!! My wife and I got married on the beach in Carrillo. Our reception at the house was enjoyed by our kids, friends, and family. The location of NL is unmatched in Samara and Carrillo. Beautiful sunsets and vistas. Maria is one of a kind. Her warmth matched her incredible ability to serve us all. Breakfast is the best!! We strongly encourage all to rent this gem.......just not when we go back!!

Kattia’s place is a paradise. . We spent dreamy hours on the patio chatting, lying by the pool, and chatting. We came primarily to spend time with family and the lovely setting made it so pleasant. Kattia was easy and helpful to communicate with as well as kind. Maria made our stay! She cooked us delicious fresh breakfasts and we had her cook one dinner and it was a treat to stay in. She kept the place clean and tidy all week and is a calm and warm presence. We ate at several restaurants in Puerto Carillo and enjoyed them. We also thought the local beach was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your paradise.

Thanks for the absolutely magical stay we had. Maria made our days much easier, the lunches were delicious and the house was impeccably clean. You have an absolutely beautiful house and the grounds, the flowers were splendid. We were charmed and will be back one day I hope 🩵🦥🥑

The stay at the villa hosted by Kattia was wonderful. The location right on the ocean, beautiful surroundings, space, tranquility, just fabulous. Maria is very helpful and prepares a delicious breakfast. It's just a shame we couldn't stay longer…. Pura vida!

The place is beautiful. Maria is what made our stay spectacular. Not only did she cook great breakfasts every morning but she cooked a couple of dinners for us as well. Really unexpected but a huge help was she did our laundry.

Beautiful house, with views from almost every angle. Comfortable rooms, ample size, modern touches. House has been updated and well-maintained. Definitely a beautiful home to share with friends and family. Quick access to the beach, as well. And Maria, who takes care of the breakfast and cleaning, is an absolute treasure. She is fantastic. Highly recommend staying here.
