The space Our house is just an hour from the Andino Shopping Center. It is inside a gated complex with surveillance, built on a lake and surrounded by trees and gardens, creating a spectacular environment to take advantage of nature. The house's lodging capacity is 22 people. The house has an outdoor social area consisting of a large terrace with a fire pit and a deck over the lake with a BBQ and tepanyaki grill. On the first floor there is a game room with television, ping pong table and a room for 6 people with its bathroom. On the second floor is the social area consisting of a large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, social bathroom and a bedroom for 4 people with its bathroom. On the third floor there is a bedroom for 6 people with its bathroom, another bedroom for 3 people with its bathroom and the master bedroom for 3 people with its bathroom. On the fourth floor, you can take advantage of a wet area with a Jacuzzi and Turkish bath. The Turkish bath is not available for guest use. Every space in the house is very well lit with views of the gardens and the lake. You can also take advantage of a five-a-side soccer field, bicycles and a water bicycle.

The place is beautiful. However, the host is requesting additional cash payments for many things that are not specified in the descriptions (mandatory service, access to certain parts of the listing present in the photos, access to the lakes). In addition, the fee was declared at the checkout without ever talking about it before with a notable lack of courtesy. If you rent this place, I would advise you to check the fee for everything and keep proof in writing for checkout.

Casa Duque completely exceeded our expectations ! The place is just amazing. The pictures really do not adequately illustrate just how big this place is or how beautiful it is. It is very spacious and well suited for a large group of people for a vacation or celebration. We had 6 people there for a vacation and combined that with a New Years Eve celebration with some local family members. Everyone raved about the property and it's accommodations. It is a safe secure location with two guarded gates. The location is about 1 Hour from the airport and Bogota central. It is very private and close to grocery shopping. The hosts helped coordinate staff for us to help with any of our needs from cooking meals to cleaning and keeping a steady supply of firewood. It is very well decorated inside and very well laid out outside. The many fountains, outdoor firepit and outdoor kitchens were just amazing. Our hosts were very easy to reach, responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Casa Duque

An absolute dream stay! Juan Manuel was the kindest and most generous host. He and his staff helped us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Juan Manuel personally found time give us a tour of the gorgeous grounds, sharing local history along the way and had great recommendations for local restaurants and shopping. We are so grateful for Juan Manuel’s kindness in opening up this beautiful home. Even before leaving we were already talking f about how much we were looking forward to a return visit. CASA DUQUE is a beautiful property. We did rent the property for a one week family gathering (22 members). The house has plenty of space to accommodate all guests. Its architecture is beautiful, the surroundings peaceful, and the social areas are large enough to have different activities running at the same time. Twelve of the family members were young adults between 21 and 28. They had a great time at the fire pit, the soccer field, the lake, and walking the surroundings. We requested personnel to help with cooking and cleaning. The cost was COL $80,000 per day and they did a good job. They were friendly and accommodating. The house is within a Hacienda that holds weddings and other social events located approximately 40 - 120 minutes from Bogota (depending on traffic). I recommend the property for large parties in need of a place in the surroundings of Bogota. We booked reservations for lunch at Andres Carne the Res once (About 60 minutes drive) and the access was easy.
