Studio in San Juan del Sur

Maurizio's place is a true gem. My wife and 5 year old son, who cried when we left, immensely enjoyed our overnight stay. Every single detail one could ask for is available and then some. Upon our arrival he gave us local recommendations for different type of restaurants to choose from. We arrived prepared to cook at his place since our son not always keen on sitting still in restaurants. Cooking there felt like cooking at home, everything you need is there. For travelers searching stays in San Juan del Sur, don't even think about passing up this place if it's available. Extremely difficult to find a better place. I've been on Airbnb for over 10 yrs, super host and Airbnb community host leader for Nicaragua for over 3yrs. I'm already looking forward to our next time there which will definitely be for a lengthier time.

Everything was excellent. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication was very good, and the host's service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Maurizio is a great host and very accessible. The place is as shown in the photos, very clean, and the 100% air conditioning, the pool is luxurious. Tremendous location close to everything.
