Excellent location, very calm and beautiful beach (nicer than some other resorts nearby). Ron and his team were great hosts, very communicative. Good two restaurants within vicinity. Some of the equipment in the kitchen is a bit dated but a new blender offset it. The only downside of our stay was the weather, which is not the host's fault. :-)

What we liked - very nice location right on the beach which was meticulously cleaned every day. Best swimming we did in Belize. 15 minutes drive to nice restaurants in Placencia village. What could be improved - water pressure in the shower was quite weak. Kitchen has coffee maker and toaster but no power outlets on the kitchen counter so you need to move it to a side table.

Perfect for family with kids, the beach was literally a few steps away from the place, clear water and a little reef for kids to explore. There is also a peer where you can fish or enjoy the morning sun. Great place!

We couldn’t have been happier with this stay! 10/10 recommend! The location could not have been more beautiful and peaceful. The beachfront location is simply stunning. This unit is steps from the pool and steps from the white sand beach. Even though it was Spring Break, it felt half occupied everywhere we went! If you’re looking for the party scene, this is NOT your scene. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, pack your bags! The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and convenient. We walked 5 min down the beach to a small resort for breakfast and dinner (soo convenient and sooo good)! We had fresh seafood, fresh vegetables and fruit, and fresh juices everywhere we visited. Placencia Village is about a 10 minute drive (slow and easy - watch the speed bumps!) You can visit mom and pop bars and shops there. The host was amazing too! I could go on and on, but I’ll save the rest for our next trip!

Location! Location! This was a beautiful location-beach was nice restaurants in walking distance. Great fun to rent a golf cart for the week-gives you a chance to explore. Ocean very nice to swim. Our favorite restaurant was next door. Definitely worth a visit

The accommodations were very nice. The place and the grounds kept clean and well maintained. The concierge was very friendly and helpful whenever we reached out with questions. I would definitely stay at this site again.

My mother stayed here and I booked it for her… she is a massive diva but I thought the location was great! I would suggest scraping the old gum off the floor and maybe cleaning off the doors as I used to be a manager in very high end hotels for the past 15 years and the managers could have better customer service skills but it was a good location and the cleaning issues I found were minor. My mother is also a difficult guest. But my time there with her was decent.
