The Space
This immaculate beachfront townhouse offers serene ocean views from a spacious split-level living room. As a corner unit filled with natural light, it features two balconies and a vaulted central atrium. Enjoy peaceful walks through lush tropical gardens, take a dip in the beachfront plunge pool, or swim in the ocean just steps from your door while watching beautiful sunsets.
The unit accommodates up to six guests with two queen beds and two twin beds. An inflatable bed is also available for a seventh guest and can be set up in either the master bedroom or the living room.
Internet speed is 6 Mbps, with an option to upgrade to 25 Mbps directly through the provider. The Wi-Fi password is Micasita.
A refundable deposit of $100 is required at check-in. This deposit covers any damages or excessive electricity use.

Tuvimos unas vacaciones en familia maravillosas. La casa es hermosa, muy privada y perfecta para desconectarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad. Todo estaba muy bien cuidado y nos sentimos como en casa. El anfitrión fue muy atento, amable y siempre estuvo pendiente de que nuestra estadía fuera excelente. Our stay at El Coco beach exceeded our expectations. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The surrounding breathtaking nature, ocean front with its beautiful, well-maintained gardens, provided a sense of safety, especially with the 24/7 security. Roger and Noel were incredibly helpful, promptly responding to our messages. We even hired Karla for a small fee to assist with cleaning mid-week. However, we encountered an issue with the TV connection. Traveling during the FIFA World Cup 2026 was a challenging experience, but we managed to survive by driving 30 minutes to San Juan to watch the games.

La estancia fue muy buena, creamos lindos recuerdos, la casa es linda, limpia, cómoda, se cuenta con bastante privacidad, impresionante lo tranquila que es, se escuchan pájaros todo el tiempo, las areas verdes frente al mar se ven hermosas, la playa es adecuada para niños, olas tranquilas, arena limpia, bastante terreno de playa plano. la piscina limpia. Las personas encargadas de atender y el personal de seguridad muy amable y atento si se necesita algo. el acceso es fácil y te dan indicaciones claras. Esperamos regresar pronto

Pasamos un fin de semana espectacular. El apartamento coincidía con las fotos publicadas y el anfitrión estuvo atento durante toda la estadía, incluso antes de nuestra llegada. Definitivamente regresaremos pronto.

Experiencia media a baja. Lo positivo: El complejo muy bien cuidado, la playa linda realmente y con privacidad (relativa). Lo negativo: La casa la entregaron casi 1.5 hora despues de la hora acordada. No estaba adecuadamente limpia, la persona de limpieza estaba corriendo limpiando a última hora Y lo peor de todo, la piscina no pudimos usarla en las dos ocasiones que intentamos ya que otros huespedes habían reservado las horas!! insólito, sacaron a mi mamá y a mi hija dado que estaba reservado!! la medida más ridícula y la cual si me lo hubieran comunicado ni siquiera hubiera optado por rentar esta propiedad! No se lo comunican a los clientes, ojo con esto..... Adicionalmente había vecinos con música alta hasta pasadas las 10 de la noche!, con parlantes en el área común y alcohol en la piscina.... A pesar de la linda playa, definitivamente no regresaría a este complejo de apartamentos, ni lo recomiendo si lo que buscan es una estancia cómoda, tranquila y como en casa.

We had a wonderful time at Playa El Coco. The walk to the ocean, the birds, the canopy of trees, the Adirondack chairs, pool, and ocean view through the windows were some of favorite things. It was exactly what we were looking for with our party of 6. We had a great time doing a bunch of activities as well... fishing, surfing, exploring, playing games, reading, swimming. Just a beautiful time. Thank you.
