The Space

As a corner unit filled with natural light, it features two balconies and a vaulted central atrium. The unit accommodates up to six guests with two queen beds and two twin beds. An inflatable bed is also available for a seventh guest and can be set up in either the master bedroom or the living room.
Internet speed is 6 Mbps, with an option to upgrade to 25 Mbps directly through the provider. The Wi-Fi password is Micasita.
A refundable deposit of $100 is required at check-in. This deposit covers any damages or excessive electricity use.

The house was great, just as shown in the listing. The beach is super close, which makes it ideal to enjoy as a family. The pool was also excellent and everything was very comfortable to spend a few pleasant days. Definitely a good choice for a family vacation!

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house is beautiful, very private, and perfect for unwinding and enjoying the tranquility. Everything was very well cared for and we felt right at home. Our stay at El Coco beach exceeded our expectations. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The surrounding breathtaking nature, ocean front with its beautiful, well-maintained gardens, provided a sense of safety, especially with the 24/7 security. Roger and Noel were incredibly helpful, promptly responding to our messages. We even hired Karla for a small fee to assist with cleaning mid-week. However, we encountered an issue with the TV connection. Traveling during the FIFA World Cup 2026 was a challenging experience, but we managed to survive by driving 30 minutes to San Juan to watch the games.

The stay was very good; we made lovely memories. The house is nice, clean, and comfortable. There is plenty of privacy; it's amazing how quiet it is. You can hear birds all the time. The green areas facing the ocean look beautiful. The beach is suitable for children, with calm waves, clean sand, and a fairly flat beach area. The pool is clean. The people in charge of providing service and the security staff are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. Access is easy, and they give you clear directions. We hope to return soon.

Average to poor experience. The good thing: The complex is very well maintained; the beach is really nice and offers (relative) privacy. The negative: They handed over the house almost 1.5 hours after the agreed time. It wasn't properly cleaned; the cleaning person was rushing through the cleaning at the last minute. And worst of all, we couldn't use the pool on the two occasions we tried, because other guests had booked those times! Unbelievable. They asked my mom and my daughter to leave because it was booked! What a ridiculous measure, and if they had informed me about it, I wouldn't even have chosen to rent this property! They don't let guests know about this, so be aware of that... In addition, there were neighbors with loud music going on after 10:00 PM! They had speakers in the common area and alcohol by the pool... Despite the nice beach, I would definitely not return to this apartment complex, nor would I recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable, quiet, and homey stay.

We had a wonderful time at Playa El Coco. The walk to the ocean, the birds, the canopy of trees, the Adirondack chairs, pool, and ocean view through the windows were some of favorite things. It was exactly what we were looking for with our party of 6. We had a great time doing a bunch of activities as well... fishing, surfing, exploring, playing games, reading, swimming.
