Important Information Before Booking

Entroterra Casa 7 is located within a private, gated residential community with many full-time residents and families. Hacienda Pinilla maintains a strict community noise policy, particularly during nighttime hours.

The home is intended for families and groups of adults who respect the property, neighbors, and community rules.

• Parties and large events are not permitted.
• Excessive noise is prohibited.
• Guests who violate community rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property.

Guest Access

Guests have private use of the entire home, saltwater pool, covered terrace, barbecue area, driveway, and outdoor showers.

Your stay includes complimentary access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club when open. Facilities include:

The Beach Club closes annually during October.

Additional Information

Entroterra Casa 7 is located within the large, gated Hacienda Pinilla community. A rental car or golf cart is strongly recommended because the beaches, Beach Club, restaurants, and other amenities are not within easy walking distance.

We recommend purchasing groceries before arrival, especially after a long travel day. Please notify us in advance about any visitors so they can be registered with the main gate.

Car rentals, golf cart rentals, transfers, tours, and excursions can be arranged for an additional cost.
