The Space

Located within the gated community of Hacienda Pinilla, Villa Uana offers generous space for families and groups seeking a comfortable, relaxing stay with attentive service. Two private pools, an evening fire pit, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen create inviting spaces for enjoying the Costa Rican sunshine and gathering over meals.

Living Space

The single-level design provides easy access for guests of all ages and mobility needs. With no stairs or barriers, the villa flows naturally from one area to the next.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the home. A dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi allow guests to stay connected when needed, while the spacious living areas provide room to gather, relax, and spend time together.

Sleeping Arrangements

Six bedrooms accommodate up to 16 guests across eight beds. Each bedroom includes walk-in closets, wardrobes, and additional wardrobe storage.

All beds are prepared with linens, extra pillows, and blankets. In-room safes are provided for secure storage. A washer and dryer are also available, making it easy to pack light.

The fully equipped indoor kitchen includes:

Outdoor showers are available for rinsing off after swimming or spending the day at the beach.

Recreation and Outdoor Areas

Sun loungers, patio seating, and a fire pit lounge create comfortable spaces for enjoying the property throughout the day. Guests can relax by the pool in the morning, find shade in the afternoon, and gather around the fire in the evening.

Beach essentials, including towels, chairs, and umbrellas, are provided. Families traveling with young children can also use the crib and Pack ’n Play. Babysitter recommendations are available upon request.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

Guests have access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club, located 1.9 miles from the villa. Facilities and activities include:

Full beach club access costs $5 per person per day and is free for children under 10. The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October; exact dates vary.

Elite Service

Every stay at Villa Uana includes Elite Service, combining attentive hospitality with privacy. From Monday through Saturday, the on-site team provides:

• Daily housekeeping and laundry
• Breakfast preparation; ingredients are not included
• Cocktail and snack service until 2:00 p.m.; ingredients are not included

Elsa, your personal concierge, is available throughout your stay to arrange restaurant reservations, book excursions, and provide personalized local recommendations.

Elite Service Premium Upgrade

For a minimum of 10 guests and a five-night stay, upgrade your experience for $29 per person per day, plus taxes. The package includes:

• Authentic Costa Rican breakfast from Monday through Saturday, with groceries included
• Round-trip private airport transportation to and from LIR
• Local culinary experience featuring a traditional dinner; ask for details

Easter Week and Thanksgiving

• Thanksgiving: November 23–30, 2026 and 2027
• Easter Week 2026: March 29–April 5, 2026
• Easter Week 2027: March 21–March 28, 2027

Christmas and New Year’s

Reservations arriving between December 19, 2026, and January 3, 2027, require a minimum stay of 7–10 nights. Specific periods may apply. Contact us before making an online booking during this time.

Music Festivals
