The villa includes air conditioning and ceiling fans, along with bathroom essentials, bed linens, towels, and laundry facilities. A dedicated workspace and WiFi support longer stays, while self check-in with a keypad allows for easy arrivals. Free parking is available on the premises.

Your stay includes Elite Service, featuring daily housekeeping and laundry, along with breakfast preparation and cocktail and snack service until 2:00 PM (ingredients not included), provided Monday through Saturday. A personal concierge is available to assist with planning, reservations, and local recommendations, adding ease without intruding on your privacy.

Holidays

Holidays are exciting, but before you book, please check your dates and only select one of the following when making your holiday reservation. Please contact a reservation agent before booking if your dates are different than the following to find a way to accommodate you. Our holiday dates for 2025 and 2026 are:

• Thanksgiving (November 23 - 30, 2025/2026)
• Easter Week (March 29 - April 4, 2026)

For any reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, and January 6, 2026, we have a 7 to 10-night minimum requirement. Specific periods may be required. Please contact us before making an online booking during this period. Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy and are non-refundable.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

• Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.
