The Space
This elegant and bright villa is located in Punta San Francisco, the only beachfront gated community in Tamarindo. Constructed with natural stone, travertine floors, and custom Costa Rican décor, the villa offers a serene tropical atmosphere. It features two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes indoor/outdoor showers, creating a unique experience reminiscent of bathing under Costa Rica’s waterfalls.
The villa comfortably sleeps four guests in beds, with space for two additional guests on a queen-size hide-a-bed in the living room. A Costa Rican daybed and queen-size air beds are also available for extra guests.
Layout
- First floor: Main living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating eight, and a half bathroom. Four large sliding doors open to the outdoors on three sides, allowing for natural cross ventilation.
- Living room: Contains the queen-size hide-a-bed and a built-in Bluetooth sound system.
- Second floor: Two spacious bedrooms, each with a top-quality bathroom and open-air garden showers.
- Split air conditioning units in every room provide individual climate control. For those who prefer fresh air, sliding doors open fully to embrace indoor/outdoor living.
The villa also includes a private pool, sundeck, and a lush tropical garden.
Location
The property is just a three-minute walk from two stunning beaches: Tamarindo Beach and Langosta Beach. It is also within a five-minute walk to various local amenities.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive entry to the gated community and complimentary membership to the Langosta Beach Club, located just a 3–5-minute walk from the villa. The club offers:

Community
Tamarindo Preserve is a luxury beachfront gated community in Playa Langosta, known for its upscale real estate and tranquil environment. The villa’s outdoor space is surrounded by Guanacaste trees, palm and banana trees, and colorful flowers, attracting local wildlife such as monkeys and birds.

This property made us feel right at home in Tamarindo and was a great choice for our family vacation. The outdoor space was outstanding - giving the property a resort feel with all the comforts of home. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful space with everything you would need. Access to beach club was a great space. Outside area was much larger than we expected. Saw howler monkeys up close sitting by the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay. Send me South Property Management was kind, responsive, and easy to work with throughout my visit. The home is surrounded by nature, with constant monkey sightings and a true connection to the outdoors. The staff was always friendly, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time. The home and host exceeded our expectations. The host always had great recommendations and was very responsive when we asked for suggestions. Also having the monkeys close by the house was a plus. Totally recommend this house and property management company. They were better than a 5 star hotel concierge.

The house is absolutely beautiful. I'm a little snobby about interior design and this place was top notch. The hosts were responsive to the few issues we had. Security was on the ball although I'm unsure if it was even needed. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful stay for our family of 4 (kids 7 & 8). The house was perfectly set up for us, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is great, and strong Wi-Fi made it easy to work while the kids played. Beach club access was a huge bonus—great service, gorgeous spot, and we even saw howler monkeys from the pool a few times. One rainy afternoon we rented a cabana (just need to spend $100 on food/drinks—lunch for 4 did the trick). Golf cart rental made exploring Tamarindo easy (and much cooler!). Melissa was great, very responsive and happy to help us plan anything we asked about, from transportation to activities. We also fell in love with the sweet neighborhood cat, Jade—one of our kids ranked her the best part of a two-week trip packed with adventures. She came and went like a proper cat, but we were always happy to see her. We hope future guests enjoy her and look out for her—she really adds something special. Already miss her—and everything else!

Stay here! The location is amazing. Rent a golf cart and you can go in and out of Tamarindo easily, while at the same time living in a space of serenity. The home is super clean and comfortable, the gardens are luscious, and the location is perfect. Melissa is kind and knowledgeable. She helped us organize a fabulous fishing trip and offered many other activities. The only downside is the stairs…and I say that simply because we had my 85 year old father with us. Otherwise, the house is great. It is one of the best we’ve rented. Again, the location is fabulous if you have a golf cart (ask Melissa). The proximity to the active life in Tamarindo is impressive and you can go home and relax in peace. Beds are high quality, showers are relaxing and the kitchen is well stocked. Cheers

How do I begin to talk about the best vacation I’ve ever had. Our host Melissa had a perfect house waiting for us. When we got there. She was more than a hoe. She was almost a concierge. She arranged for a private chef to cook us a meal she arranged for our golf cart to be waiting for us at the house. She arranged for a tour of a volcano in the latter part of the week. Melissa was there whenever we had a question with a quick response and a quick answer. The house was perfect. The pool was delightful. We couldn’t ask for anything more. I will definitely be renting this house again.
