The Space

The property includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Twin bunk beds plus one twin bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom
- Bedroom 3: King bed with an ensuite bathroom
Additional amenities include a water purification system, washer and dryer, and essential household items.
The living room has pocket doors that open onto a deck, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience. The large rooftop deck is equipped with a hammock, comfortable seating, and panoramic views of the ocean, city lights, and the arch.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house, which includes a private pool and garage. The community offers a pool, palapa area, and hot tub for shared use.
Location
Situated in a quiet, gated community, the home is conveniently located just 5 to 10 minutes from downtown and the beach, providing both privacy and comfort.
Other Things to Note
This property is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is not suitable for spring breakers or bachelor/bachelorette parties. It is not a resort, and all homeowners association (HOA) rules must be observed.
A decimal noise meter is installed on the main floor and in outdoor areas to monitor noise levels. Only the noise level is recorded. Guests will receive a warning if noise exceeds acceptable limits, and persistent loud noise may result in eviction.
For security purposes, video cameras are installed outside the house at the front door and on the lower level overlooking the backyard.

Shannon was a great host and provided an amazing stay. The pictures don’t do this house justice. Everything was perfect and amenities provided a nice touch. Just 10 minutes from downtown and the beach - perfect for a relaxing vacation.

This house is beautiful and the view is incredible. We used Uber to get everywhere, the location is very convenient. One tip if you plan on using Uber, notify the security guards ahead of time. We had breakfast catered our first morning and highly recommend that as well.

This was the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in and we travel a lot all around the world. The space was immaculate and picturesque. The concierge touches like the hospitality items waiting for us when we arrived, and restaurant tips were great. There was everything we needed there and all the main staples in the kitchen. The neighborhood was safe with gorgeous views from the hiking trail. Costco and Walmart are very close by. We had a rental car but used Ubers to zip in and out of downtown Cabo for nights out. Oxxo was convenient for things we needed quickly and the prices there were very low. The hammocks on both patios were relaxing and our kids loved hanging out by the pool. So many Airbnb's supply just a few rolls of toilet paper and don't even have basics like hand soap. Shannon’s place had everything with nice touches like body wash, chip clips, beach bags and plenty of water. We will definitely be back!

What a great place to stay! We were 2 families with young kids and we had a blast. We mostly hung around the house, played in the pool, there were plenty of pool toys, chilled on the rooftop and ate most of our meals in. The location is perfect for running to Costco and there is a small store just down the street if you need to do a beer run or pick up a few small items. It was clean and quiet, the HOA helps with that. We look forward to staying here again in the future! Thanks Shannon!
