The house includes six separate rooms, each with a private bathroom, arranged around a spacious, well-lit common area.
The number of rooms provided depends on the size of your group:
- 6 guests: 3 bedrooms
- 7–8 guests: 4 bedrooms
- 9–10 guests: 5 bedrooms
- 11–12 guests: 6 bedrooms
For groups of 6–10 guests, an additional room can be arranged for an extra charge.

- The base rate is $300 per night for 6 guests.
- Starting with the seventh guest, an additional charge of $40 per person, per night, applies.

Super beautiful place, clean and tidy. Very friendly host, but personally we felt somewhat controlled or monitored. Other than that, the place is very nice, as in the photos.

The place was perfect for celebrating my birthday with my family. We spent one night there, and I hosted my family for the occasion. It was the ideal space for our celebration. Lucia was a very responsive host and was happy to accommodate everything I needed to make the weekend special. I would recommend this place without hesitation. I only wish we had stayed longer than one night!

An excellent place to rest and be with family. Nice view. Very good communication with the host. However, the pool is not suitable for use because the water is very cold. But everything else was excellent.

We were a group of friends, and we decided we would stay here again. The place is just like the photos; the house is super well equipped in the kitchen, even with a medicine cabinet. Lucía was always attentive to our questions and needs, and very friendly. In fact, to truly relax and enjoy the place, a two-night stay is recommended.
